I'm using it to sand my hardwood floors for refinishing. Slow process, but it works great, and is much easier than the rentals.

I just would not have spent the big money on a pro machine. These units work well enough and you'll be the hero when your friends need a sander in the future and can lend it out!The dust collection is good but you'll still want to mask things off and wear a mask.For the low price, I'd recommend this to others!

Works great. My husband has been able to use it to take the popcorn off of the ceiling.

I've been doing a lot of renovation in my house over the couple years. It has included doing a lot of drywall repair as well. However, in the latest room I'm working on, I am doing a lot more panels and wanted to up my game on tools for doing the job. I had a standard manual pole sander, but thought that an electric one with dust collection would be a huge help.This hits that perfect blend of quality, performance and price that most of us DIYers are looking for when considering more professional style tools. I don't want to spend a lot because I'm not doing it for a living but I still want something that helps more than hinders. I am very pleased about everything with this sander.It is very easy to use and assemble. It also comes with a great bag that fits everything inside it easily when disassembled. It does a great job sanding the drywall compound and they gave you every grit paper you could need that will probably last for 2 rooms worth of sanding. The vacuum is a blessing, especially when I was sanding over my head. You should still wear a mask, but it made a huge difference compared to using a basic sanding pole. The LED lights provide the raking effect you need to really judge how smooth the finish is. Overall, it just saved me so much time and effort that I can't recommend it enough if you're doing a larger project. For the price, it beats almost any other method of sanding.

This was offered to me on VINE and I decided to give it a try. I'm in the beginning of the process of building a timber frame home and was interested in sanding the beams and wood I will be using for floors. The floor wood will go thru a planer first but, the beams will be rough lumber off of a circle sawmill. The sawmill leaves the wood with a good, vintage look but it is a bit rough and fuzzy for my taste. This sander is great at taking off that roughness and will be easy to use, even after the beams are raised if I decide to make them even smoother. It will also be good at sanding tongue and groove flooring before finishing it with some sort of protective varnish. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I think it is a bit under powered. Fine for my personal use but I don't think it is up to "professional", everyday use. As far as being dustless, it does a pretty good job of keeping an area clean. No tool like this is perfect at removing dust but this sander is about as good as you will get. Overall, it is a good DIY tool with sanding disks that are easy to find in almost any grit you might want. Great for me but if you are really wanting to work a machine like this hard, you might want to spend more money.

I have been remodeling my house for quite some time and this tool has been a life saver. It is powerful and cover a lot of area. It also has dust collection which is awesome and less messy. It is also easy to use. I love this tool! Definitely something you need for home repairs!

I ordered this to sand my hardwood Ledges and steps but realized that this could be utilized in a bunch of different ways. It actually works well to sand floors, smaller rooms like bathrooms and even walls and ceilings and limits the amount of dust. Great for a do-it-yourselfer, do keep in mind that you should still wear PPE equipment even when utilizing this product.

I never got back piece on machine,for dust bag. The metal extra. I get this only. how I'm use dust bag? Send me the part for adding dust bag to it. Extension rod with hose connection.
