So I bought this because I’m fascinated with cleaning ears I normally just use my flash light and hope for the best lol but this is definitely a game changer the camera hooks right up to your phone easy as 123 and you can even take pictures or video the cleanings great price great product. Does exactly as it should.

This is amazing! Every few months I have to go in to the dr to get my ears flushed. This works great, and just uses water and peroxide. This is going to save so much money! The ear wax cleaner works well, too. I will be purchasing more for my extended family!

THIS IS AWFUL, TERRIBLE, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! If I had a lower option to pick from than 1 star, I would do it. Brand new out of the box and the app won't pair with my phone. I even called HP Smartfriends to try to troubleshoot, and they couldn't get it to work. The only "support" you can get is a chatbot that tells you you need to have a phone call with a representative for $1 refundable. What they don't tell you is that in fine print it's $47 a month thereafter recurring charge! No, thanks, I'm returning.

This kit is awesome! You can use the camera tool via an app on your phone. It’s easy to use when following instructions. It works great, and comes with a wide range of tools to clean your ears. Definitely worth the price!
