The two large bottles arrived early next day after ordering, free delivery. This product is amazing and Ive had 100% success on all stains. I just used it for the whole area of my spare room beige carpet after my grown up son stayed with me for 3 months. Hes a car mechanic with oily clothes and shoes so my carpet was noticeably grubby. Ive used the product on stains for years and thought Id try it on a whole area. It took me a short time to apply, I did it in 50 cm squares in rows, left it a few minutes, dabbed off with a damp cloth and dried with puppy training mats upside down.Worked a treat and carpet been dried and vacuumed looks very clean. A quick cheap method of cleaning a small carpet.

I’ve stocked up with this product as it manages to remove just about any stain on my carpets. The brush attachment is particularly useful to scrub deep into the pile. Leave for 5-10 minutes and then dab with a clean cloth - instant results. Recommended.

We have used this on cat sick stains and it works so well every time; we also used it to clean up dog pee stains, and general household stains like spilled coffee and food on carpets. In mere minutes, absolutely no trace of the stains can be seen.The extra value for me is how effective it is to clean mattresses and couch cushions. It makes it look, smell and feel like you've had professional cleaning done!

OMG this is the BEST product for carpet cleaning! It is easy to use (remember to pierce only a tiny hole otherwise the fluid comes out too fast) and the brush makes it easy to apply. Follow instructions and I was amazed at how easily and quickly an old embedded stain came RIGHT OUT. Yes! I'm now spot treating all our carpets. Only downside of this fantastic product is that the rest of the carpet that before seemed fine is now looking like it needs completely cleaned!!!! No problem though with this product. I will buy again. I have tried many other products with such poor results that I thought we would need a new carpet (poor wee vomiting dog!). I'm so glad that I took a chance with Dr Beckmann. Arrived quickly.

I used this for my whole rug, the whole rug is a big one, it’s 2m x 160 or something so I had to use both of them, and actually I could have done with 2 more as I had to use it very sparingly towards the end and required a bit more for the deeper stains for instance in the pictures I posted (which was the worst area) the red stain is permanent lightfast pigment, and it was actually getting it off, but I ran out and need to go over it quite a few more times.So I highly recommend if you’re like me and like to get it done in one go when you have the energy and want to do a large space get quite a few of these at once!I was very impressed though because this rug is under where we do multimedia traditional art, where we eat food, where I constantly spill coffee because I’m clumsy, where me and my teenager constantly walk over to get to the plugs and windows etc . It got off all of the stains except the red pigment, but like I said, I think it would get the red pigment off eventually because I had several paper towels soaked in red from going over the area.I’ve used a large variety of carpet cleaners as it won’t take long before my rug ends up like this again and this is by far the best one I’ve used to date.The smell was quite strong at first, but it dries a nice clean smell, like new carpet. It didn’t affect the dark colours, and brought back some of the pile on the high traffic area. I forgot some of the areas on the rug was actually quite light haha.I will definitely buy more and I highly recommend.

I have young children , twins in fact and as such little accidents on the carpet are to be expected. I bought this in wise anticipation of things going wrong , when the duo would play me up again and run off in opposite directions to commit mischief.The day came and they both ran off and simultaneously ripped of their nappies in separate locations.Whilst I was dealing with the one, the other had an unfortunate incident elsewhere .He then stepped in it also and carried on walking.The result was disastrous on my cream carpet ...Perfect opportunity for this little gem.It got rid of the various little brown stains as well as the smell.I did get it all up with paper tissues and wipes of course and then used this on the actual stain.My only complaint would be that once it's wet the sponge / brush at the top and been applied there doesn't seem to be much left in the bottle . I'm glad this came in a duo and will be back for more !

I usually order the Dr Beckman Pet Stain & Odour Remover and bought this in error. I wrote to Dr Beckmann to ask if it is dog safe - they never bothered to reply!!! Very disappointing, which is why I gave it 3 stars. I have used it in a room where the dog doesn't go, it was OK, but I am nervous about using it in the hall, which is where I needed it to remove my dog's muddy paw marks.
