I'm a recovering alcoholic. I escaped the alcohol trap (Thank you Allen Carr!) a little over a month ago and I've had awful headaches constantly and have been unable to think clearly. I've been taking these just over a week. The haze has lifted substantially and I feel more energetic. Could be time has passed, could be these helped. The timing suggests these helped! I ordered another bottle. Looking forward to taking these for a couple months!Haven't had any adverse effects. Capsules have an herb-y taste, but it's not unpleasant and doesn't linger. I'm taking a few other vitamins and shakes. This is the only addition in the past 2 weeks. I can recommend as part of a multi-faceted regimen.

I took this product for well over a week, and found NO change whatsoever. None of the claims they make about this product, it's abilities or benefits happened. I have noticed no difference since I began taking this, so I feel it is my duty to tell other consumers to not waste your money in trying this. Policy says you can not return it, so it is not worth even trying.
