This little black metal lamp is awesome! The shadows that it projects onto walls is very atmospheric and kind of decorates the hallway where I set it... on a long, narrow table. The 3 light settings are a huge plus because I don't have to add a dimmer for lower light effects. One thing I would say should be kept in mind when deciding on ordering, is that all those cool cut outs in the shade let bright light through, especially on the brightest setting. So this lamp isn't the best for the sleeping rooms or a as reading light unless it's on the lowest setting, which may not be bright enough. Just something to keep in mind, but otherwise, its a fun and unique accent light that adds a lot of atmosphere to a space!

It's a cute sturdy little lamp, perfect size for a desktop but not to light an entire room with. Only the stand is the touch sensor part and the lamp shade is also metal. It works well for us

I really like this lamp! It is a small lamp and the metal shade with the tree pattern is really cool. It also casts interesting shadows. It is easy to toggle between 3 levels of brightness or on/off by simply touching the base. Please note that this does not take standard light bulbs - it uses the smaller bulbs used in many nightlights, so don’t plan on using this for reading. Two lightbulbs are included, which is nice. This is a nice lamp if you only want a lower level of illumination or a nightlight. Would make a nice gift. Good value.

First, the most important thing: this looks REALLY neat. The shadows aren't quite tree-looking, but it's too neat for that to matter much.Useful things to know: It is indeed fairly small (see dimensions in listing). This makes it *perfect* for a bedside table. Plus it's touch-controlled, so you just need to find the lamp base when you're groping around in the dark. (or is that just me?) It's really nice looking; the matte black finish looks great with the light shining through it. If I end up putting it somewhere that I can't see the shadows anyway, I'll probably put a piece of vellum paper in there as kind of a shade liner, to diffuse the light a bit and make the design show up sharper.The one down side is the light bulb: Oddly, it's incandescent. And it's not all that bright. Just a dim yellowish glow at low, for instance, not quite enough for a good night light. It's a chandelier-baes bulb, so it'll be easy to get an upgrade to a (brighter) LED. But in my opinion, the lamp should have come with a more adequate bulb.Aside from the need to replace the included light bulb (there are really two, by the way; the second one is under the first) this is a really nice little lamp. It's a perfect bedside table lamp, especially because there's some weight to the base so it isn't tippy. Mine is already in service. Recommended.

I like this light a lot but it's not as dynamic as the pictures make it seem. If you put it on a normal height table then what you mostly see is the circle from the top of the shade and the circle from the bottom of the shade. The pattern is nice but its not as bright as you would like. The lamp is touch which is both great and annoying. Every time I move the lamp it turns off because I have to touch it and then I can't see! I will be using it for Halloween to light up a corner of a room and it will be great for that. It goes together easy and comes with an extra bulb which is nice.

The media could not be loaded. Great little lamp for any forest/bear/deer/woodsy, etc themed room. The die-cut design on the metal lamp shade creates a lovely fantasy like shadow of trees on any walls near the lamp - I definitely recommend putting it on a corner table!My favorite feature is that it's touch and has three way lighting (from dim to brighter). The bulb is not typical size, however, but does produce a decent amount of lighting. I still find this to be a mostly accent table lamp, as the bulb just isn't really very big, although I suppose sitting very close to the lamp would provide just enough light to read by it. But the shadow design of the lampshade really is the biggest feature of this lamp and is cool enough to be appreciated on it's own. It also has a small width overall, making it easier to fit it on a crowded desk or smaller nightstand.If you are looking for an affordable yet cool accent lamp, I would recommend this, and moreso because it's activated by touching the base. Love that!
