• This listing is for a set of O-rings for the Eugster Frismag brew group used in most Jura, Jura Capresso, and AEG Espresso machines and the oval head tool needed for some machines. These are the new improved red O-rings that Jura has been using since 2008 for the upper and lower piston of the brewing group. They are a direct factory replacement/improvement for the old black O-rings and are more service friendly thanks to only one size needed. (The black O-rings were less flexible and required yo The grease included in this kit is NSF/ANSI 51/61 certified and safe for use in food processing and in your coffee maker. Beware of equivalent kits using grease of unknown certification, origin, or freshness as it may not comply with United States food safety laws. The set contains: One O-ring for upper piston (can be replaced without dismantling the brew group) One O-ring for lower piston (brew group needs to be dismantled to replace this) One O-ring for the lower piston water inlet pipe (this is the thinner of the two small O-rings. May be black or green in color.) 10 general O-rings (this is the thicker of the small O-rings. May be black or red in color). One of these is used when servicing the drainage valve. The other is intended for the brew group water supply hose and the rest can be used anywhere else in the machine, for instance at the pump connection - a common source of leaks). Two O-rings for the raiser tube (located inside the upper piston). Two stainless steel E-clips for the steel rod on the bottom of the brew group (the original clips easily break when removed) Water tank lip seal (May be black or red in color). One 6 gram bag of NSF 51/61 food grade silicon grease for lubricating the pistons and cylinder (date of expiration: 26-JUL-2022) Oval head tool (stainless steel) You may notice that the kit does not include the aluminum cap for the drainage valve rod. The reason is because we do not recommend replacing the original white cap. Instead, you should do the following permanent and reliable fix: Simply add a drop of 5-minute Epoxy glue in the two slots on the original white cap. Twist the cap to let the Epoxy get everywhere inside the cap. Let dry. This repair guarantees that the cap won't ever come off. To our knowledge the O-rings will work for these machines.
