I wanted a telescoping handle for my GoPro for our trip to Antarctica. This handle rose above the others for me because it floats. Seeing as we would be traveling by rubber speedboat from ship to shore I was concerned I might drop the rig in the ocean. This was a real concern wearing gloves. Fortunately, I never dropped it and it gave me great shots as we ran the marathon on King George Island. The tripod function also came in handy. A good product

Scuba time! Bought it for the GoPro when we go scuba diving and it works great! It will float with the GoPro in it's water case. We also use it in the pool, upside down (floats on tips are at the surface, camera below) and although the water makes it rotate, it's fun to get group pics (still from video) underwater as it just floats. Have not noticed any rust, still works great after many underwater trips (max depth 14 meters / 45') and it's part of our water gear now.

Instead of floating, it sank straight to the bottom. On top of that, the tripod feature is a nice idea in theory, but in practice it’s flimsy at best. While walking, unless you constantly keep a firm grip on the handle while wearing the lanyard around your wrist, the thing keeps popping open on its own. At first, it was just a minor annoyance, but it quickly became frustrating and made using it more of a hastle then a feature.

Great quality and very versatile. Lightweight to carry around yet sturdy enough for the field. I love that it serves as a tripod as well. And it floats so I can take it on both my kayak and boat knowing my GoPro is safe in the water.

The most important point I want to make is that this product immediately sank. All the other issues are trivial in comparison. It was used with a GoPro Black/10. What I believed to be a thoughtful 2024 Holiday gift was an epic fail the first and only time it was used the summer 2025. It was retrieved, the equipment was removed, and this "quad-pod" was pitched into the trash. note: Last image is with the rod fully extended showing the bottom of the rod still extending beyond the length of legs when splayed out. It's made this way. That bottom rod is immobile. The neck isn't water tight. I had to remove the actual camera just to get it to stand long enough to take the picture. It doesn't stand on hard surfaces.

The item was extremely sturdy, and very secure I liked how it can open up to be a tripod and floats very well. Perfect for my trip to Hawaii!

Compatable with DJI action 5 extends quite a lot and long enough for underwater. It floats well and is very visible with orange tip. The tripod at the base is really excellent very stable

Lo he usado poco porque para bucear prefiero usar solo la carcasa submarina pero es muy práctico que sea multifunción. Para hacer experimentos curiosos y grabar planos poco habituales sirve bien. Dispone de una cuerda para enganchar en la base.

Veramente utile questo stick, ha svariate funzioni, sia come treppiedi che come selfie stick e cosa non da poco galleggia se messo in acqua dandoti la possibilità di ottime riprese video a mani liberi
