Saw a video about micro plastics and how they’re showing up in our blood tests. Said one of the main sources could be plastic cutting boards. It made sense. We got rid of ours and bought these. They are well built. We use them everyday. Great price to.

When you get these, you’ll probably want to seal them with food-safe oil as per most wooden cutting boards, but other than that they are absolutely perfect. I really wanted matching wooden cutting boards, they just feel better to use while preparing food, and these have worked fantastically. Easy to use, wash well, and has the side benefit of not getting marked up by a knife easily due to being bamboo.
