Best in the segment and value for money
The best product in the segment. Bajaj electricals is very reliable and provides robust after sale support. Free installation and the pipes were provided by a bajaj agent and was professional. Certain reviews were mentioned about it being a scam ( free installation and pipes ) but it's actually legitimate, you have to initiate a service request in the Amazon app rather than waiting for a call back. Overall a good experience.

Product ok but installation cost a bit high
Water Heating is bit slow than Bajaj Majestic. Looks like product low cost in market but while installation they are charging bit high compared to others. They asked installation 350, Bajaj hose 450 and 3 pin 16A plug 250. I bought hose and plug separately from shop with the amount of 220+90=310.

Not for high rise no poor service by Bajaj electrical
Product shows that it is for high rise, but it didn't work for me. Received no installation support from Bajaj electrical, supposed to get free pipe for installation that is also not given by service engineers. Basically no support from Bajaj on this product.

Bajaj skive 5ltr 3kw geyser is very good, geyser is very good operational wise and quality wise. I bought this product at price 3999rs on 31st may 2025. Everything is perfect except bajaj customer care support BAJAJ REPRESENTATIVE IS ASKING MONEY FOR INSTALATION 340RS AND WATER PIPE 200RS TOTAL COST-540RS, HOWEVER IF YOU AGRESS ON PAYMENT OF 540RS THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU BAJAJ JOB SHEET AND NEED MONEY IN CASH.I.E NO EVEDENCE OR RECORD OF JOB DONE BY BAJAJ IN TERMS OF WARRANTY OR SUPPORT OF WORK DONE. I HAVE EMAILED TO BAJAJ CUSTOMER CARE EVEN THERE IS NO RESPONSE. product is good only lacks customer care support when it comes to warranty or product support when it is under warranty.

Nice product
You can use it only if you don’t use much water to take bath.It’s for single people as water capacity is very low.It heats very fast. It takes only 3-5minutes to heat water. But the quality is very less.I am using it for last one year and it’s working perfectly fine.
