I came in here ready to write a not-so-great review because I thought I had ordered a flood lamp with the dusk to dawn photocell feature, but upon closer inspection apparently I did not (my bad). I was hoping to save electricity when my wife turns this light on and forgets to turn it off in the daylight. I will probably look into an illuminated light switch to help with this effort now.This is a matching lamp for a motion sensing, dusk to dawn flood lamp I will be installing on our garage for the front yard and parking area. I have yet to install it but after installing this one and ensuring it works I'm pretty sure I'll be happy with it. This is a fully self contained unit and it seems to be built fairly sturdily. If you have an existing junction or outlet box with a light mounted to it all you need to do is detach the old one (make sure your power to it isn't on), attach the adapter bar included in the box, hook your wiring up, apply the foam seal around the outside of the fixture, and use a single bolt to attach it to the adapter bar. If you're installing on an uneven surface like me you might throw a bead of waterproof silicone around it as well. It took me around 25 minutes to swap out from our old crusty E26 style spotlight fixture that probably came with the house 47 years ago.Making adjustments to the orientation of the three heads is easy. There's one set screw to determine the angle of the middle light and then the outer lights are freely adjustable and have enough resistance that they shouldn't easily blow or vibrate out of place. It looks nice and the three way adjustment illuminates the entire backyard vs. the old two spotlight setup we had. I was a little skeptical as to whether this would outshine the old setup, as they were, if I remember correctly, 150W equivalent LED floods and they were quite bright. This is advertised as being 500W equivalent across the three panels but I wasn't sure it could pull it off with the number of LEDs visible within the panels. I was pretty blown away by the amount of light output by this thing when I tried it out last night. The back yard lighting situation went from the pool area being fairly well lit with the side area having a little light and me worrying a little about the neighbors being annoyed when I had them on to very good illumination across the entire backyard and hoping the neighbors have really good blackout curtains.

I live in a rural residence, police response times are slow and home defense is a reality. A large part of home defense is deterrence, a layered defense of lighting and cameras makes burglars have second thoughts of even attempting a break in. These three-head lights are our first layer of defense, they provide a strong blanket of night piercing light while consuming only a fraction of the electricity used by our previous halogen floodlights. The articulating heads allow us to bend the light around corners and create a 180 degree swath of light, this helps keep costs low as fewer units are needed for coverage. Installation is painless, the units fit onto a typical NEMA circular recessed or surface mount box, and brackets and hardware is included to attach the unit to the box. My only negative is that the electrical pigtails for the light are a bit flimsy, 18Ga stranded wires, that are difficult to secure to 12ga solid house conductors by wire nuts.Overall, I recommend these units. They are low energy cost, provide a directional strong light capability, and include all needed hardware. The customer only needs to provide NEMA circular mounting box, and the electrical branch circuit. Please note that these units are non-switched and have no light sensors, they are intended for use with a standard manual light switch or a timed home automation system.

This outdoor LED floodlight with 3 adjustable heads is a decent light. It is super bright and easy to install. This particular light does not have a motion sensor which I prefer. The adjustable heads give you the option to light up a wider area or smaller area. So far this light works really well. The price point is reasonable and I would recommend.

These installed brother quickly. See you in the daylight they seem super bright. I left the ladder up so that tonight I can turn them on and check the aiming. So far I am very impressed. I recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I got this to replace an incandescent fixture that's been bothering me for years. I'm so happy with this light. It's so bright, and because it sits on a corner and has movable arms, it can light up two sides of my garage. Installation is as easy as any other exterior light I've replaced. It puts out a lot of really bright, daylight white light. the side units move freely and have enough friction to keep them in place once positioned. To change the angle of the main light, you must loosen a screw to allow the toothed base to move one position. The lens is plastic and the housing is metal. When the light is on, the housing heats up enough you wouldn't want to hold on to it. I can adjust it a little before having to pull my hands away. That's what all those cooling fins on the back are for - dissipating heat. Very happy overall and will probably be buying additional units for other parts of the house.
