When Amazon connected them they are giving every excuse..how about just replacing the cord instead of trying to give the customer a hard time about it after 3 pulls broke the cord kickstand way to big for the bike and the mud guard could never fit..Very bad review for them.

The media could not be loaded.  My grandkids love this dirt bike. It is perfect for kids around 50-75 pounds. It is fast, light weight, authentic and easy to ride.It comes partially assembled. Fortunately, several people posted assembly video's on youtube (big help).The instructions suggest retightening all the screws/bolts after riding because of vibration. (I found this to be needed)Vibration is high. The kids can only ride it for several minutes before needing to get off and shakeout their arms & legs.Gas-oil mixture. It is a 25 to 1 ration (very high oil mixture). Problem is it SMOKES!Exhaust pipes get very hot (it's an engine) and could burn kids.This is not big enough for a teenage or adult, but too big for a 5-year old.

I bought two of these and they both came I had to assemble them one every bolt vibrated out of it there was no QC check and the second one came with a chain maxed out right from Shipping within 20 minutes of riding the chain falls off and keeps falling off and I can't adjust it no more so now I got to cut a chain out but it's a metric chain so I'm having a problem finding a master link for it to cut a link out of the chain so I can readjust it and it's still vibrated the muffler off of it and it fell apart and broke and yet I can't get no response from the company they won't return my knowledge or return or get back with me on the calls in Amazon is not making this any easier than what it should be so one thumb on Amazon one thumb on this company

I bought this product and after the first ride the belt had started smoking and smelled like melted plastic also the chain had snapped. Due to this chain size you cannot buy it at your local stores so I do not recommend this product unless you want a handful of problems with your dirtbike.

Only goes 20 mph and it’s not much bigger than a child’s bicycle

So not worth it. Drive chain is literally riddng on the swing arm with absolutely no way of adjusting it, completely un-ridable. The fuel line is over an inch too short, won't even make it to the fitting. Brake calipers are so crooked they can't even clamp shut and the handlebars are bent. I don't understand how you people sleep at night after taking peoples' money and giving literal garbage in return.

Muffler completely cracked and broke off after one day of riding. Chain also stretched to the point that tightening with available adjustment screws it was still falling off constantly. Had to remove links from chain to make it work.
