I feel the need to start with, a family member became a paraplegic (paralyzed from rib cage down) at 47. Needless to say, the past 15 months has been DIFFICULT. Loss of independence and freedom to “get out of the house”. Now, he can - on his own - drive through fast food just because he wants to without asking.We purchased as a gift. It took me about 15 minutes to install. I liked that there is one handle - push on the right and it accelerates- push down on the left and it brakes.Nothing was better for my family member to drive again. Granted ~ it took time to adjust and we live in mountainous region. I feel for the money- it’s worth it.

He was unable to use the traditional driving method due to an accident. After installation, we found that it operates very smoothly, and the manual control device is very user-friendly and can be adjusted according to personal needs, which greatly improves my father's driving comfort and safety. The controller is very sensitive, easy to operate, and very stable, which completely solves his transportation problems when he goes out. I highly recommend it!

I got these after a bad leg injury on my driving leg and it has been a godsend not having my transportation needs and wants limited. It is very easy to use and the learning curve was very very short. Warning though, if you do get these, the bolts holding the handle on may fall off. This happened to me on the freeway. Luckily, I was able to get off the freeway and fix them. MAKE SURE YOU PUT SOME LOCTITE ON THOSE BOLTS! Locate will prevent them from coming loose. That is a very big problem but easily solvable with loctite.

Unfortunately, the Brake Bar snap button was defective right out of the box and made it unusable. I believe that this and other similar products with the same design should be taken off the shelf until a safe product can be produced. You could incorporate a mechanical fastener to secure the Brake Insert Bar to the Brake Bar. If you do not upgrade your design with a failsafe connection, someone is going to have a crash due to brake failure.

I been using this product for over 6 months is stable and I'm able to get around driving.

I got these to aid my paralyzed son in driving his new, to him, side by side utv. They are easily placed on and taken off again, which is handy, as I sometimes use this vehicle and don't need them for me. These work great and provide a safe way for him to operate the vehicle, too. Great invention.

After ankle surgery I used this to drive. My husband installed it quickly and it worked great! I was able to drive despite not being able to use my right foot.
