Anti-stress gummies were not a good experience. I had terrible stomach cramps during the night with diarrhea and headaches. I started with the dose recommended but cut it back to one hoping it would help with side effects. I still was unable to take them. I am very disappointed that I had problems with them. Someone else may be able to try them without any issues... I had to fight to get my refund, even tho it said 30-day refundable.
