Still working.
I think it has been 12 months, maybe more, since I started buying this product for my arthritic knees. Although it is not working as well as when I started using it, it still removes some of the stiffness. Just take care when using it in sensitive areas, like behind the knee. I usually coat it with a coat of cream first, which works for me.

Eases my pain in the
This is my second jar of this product. Easy to apply to arthritic knee and massage in. I massage first where I get the most pain and then as the cream spreads I massage it over the whole knee. The cream readily absorbs and I do get pain relief as well as it helps to reduce the swelling. Doesn’t remove the pain completely as that would be unrealistic but it definitely helps.
