Why is this bar healthy, it is pretty high in protein 12 gm and low in sugar 1 gm. Other than that if you like chocolate you will definitely enjoy this bar, it's coated in chocolate and it's loaded with mini chocolate chips and it tastes like there is gooy caramel in it but there's not any caramel. I love these just a little too much.

I love these bars typically, they have been my favorite and go to for the last year. I love that they are gluten, dairy, and peanut free. This last order has been a disappointment. I am only half way through my first box, and 2 of the 7 bars have been rock hard and not edible. I really don’t want to go on a new search for go to protein bars, but these are too expensive to gamble that this may be a recurring issue. Simply just bummed.
