This product helped with hunger suppression and weight loss to climb over the plateau.

Definitely helps with appetite suppression. Usually by 11:30am, I'm pretty hungry and get some lunch but with this, its 12:00pm and I really have no appetite. It does make me feel mildy queasy, but I think that's because I sometimes drinks 32oz of coffee and take this. Too much caffeine.

Does as advertised

I can't say that I enjoy taking this supplement. They have as much caffeine as a cup of coffee mixed with some other ingredients that have been shown to have some weight loss benefit. The major effect for me is appetite suppression. I just don't feel like eating anything for some hours after taking a capsule. There were no significant gastrointestinal issues for me, but I'm sure that I couldn't tolerate consuming anymore.This product is very pricey and I'm not sure the listed ingredients justify it, but when you are trying to lose fat, almost any price seems acceptable.

This seems to help me going the distance between work time, sport, but still sticking to my diet. I wouldn't say it makes me less hungry in the sense that I have less appetite, but for me it dials down the craving and starving. So I feel better during the day. If that's because of the actual product or an Placebo effect, I don't know. Still: It seems to work. Five stars from me.

I’m a long time Jocko customer so I was excited to see this product from them. The pills are easy to take, and this is coming from someone who struggles with taking any pills. I tend to be sensitive to supplements so even though the serving size is 3 capsules, I only took 1. I also have a gastro condition which this product suggests against using. I didnt notice this part until after it arrived however I didn’t have any stomach issues while taking this. I actually felt a difference on just 1 after a few days. I was already fasting but noticed my appetite wasn’t as noticeable near the end of my fasting period. The ingredients are quality. Be careful not to take this too late in the day or I might cause issues with your sleep. Overall, so far this supplement is promising and worth trying. It’s living up to the same quality I know from the Jocko brand.

This is packaged well and has a nice bottle. There's no bad smell or taste and it has good ingredients.
