Yum. I make tortillas out of these. 1 cup lentils, 2 cups water, soak 6 hours. Add a bit of salt and garlic and onion powder. Blend. Pour a thin layer into a hot skillet. Tortillas!

It seems that there is a problem with the plastic pouch that can bust at the seams. Mine arrived spilling out of the box. But a quick chat with customer service got me a full refund.

No need to rinse, mostly clean of debris
I ordered the 8 lb bag which is a LOT of lentils! Very clean so not much debris to rinse off. I actually don’t even bother with rinsing them before using. Cook up quickly and taste great. I will order this items again when I run out.
