Growth and Production Our Pluma Oaxaca Coffee is a Gourmet Coffee consisting of a Singular Variety of Arabica Coffee, from the Zapotec Pluma Mountain - Oaxaca. Our Speciality Coffee is Traditionally Grown in Shade on Fertile Volcanic Soils at High Altitude (over 1400 mamsl) on the Mountains of the Pacific Ocean next to virgin beaches at Huatulco, Puerto Escondido and Mazunte Turtle Sanctuary. Our coffee plantations do not pollute the environment nor damage the ecosystem; our coffee plants grow under tall trees of the tropical rainforest. They are grown traditionally and require a sustainable crop rotation. Coffee Processed? Our Gourmet Arabica Coffee Beans are picked individually by hand and follow a wet and sun-dried process.
