Really bad quality. I know it's obviously not a real pandora charm and its cheap, but I would expect it to look like the pictures that are provided. I think they have taken pictures off the pandora website and just used them. The quality is just awful and sloppy...and the happy birthday message is missing letters. Would not recommend!!

Just received this charm itz very beautiful but abit disappointed as in the picture you can see Happy Birthday but on opening it & checking it you can't see the writing little bit disappointed as was a gift. Thats why only 4 stars.

Don't bother. It's absolutely nothing like the picture. Ordered as a birthday gift and it doesn't even say happy birthday on it!Such a disappointment.
