Great value for the money
I was looking for over the ear replacements for my AirPods Pro’s, after a lot of research someone recommended these to me.For daily driver use, the P100 is a great choice. They aren’t too heavy on the head and they don’t squeeze the head too hard. They come with a nice hard side case, which is nice but could be a little bulky for travel. A slimmer travel option would be a nice addition even if purchased separately. Also included is 2 cables USB-C->USB-C and USB-C->3.5mm.The earcups, made from vegan leather, are pretty comfortable and easily replaceable. They can make my head a little sweaty if it’s a little warm out. I haven’t seen any different materials for these available yet, hoping that changes, either from Cambridge or 3rd party. The sound quality is enjoyable. The app has an adjustable EQ as well. It is a closer sound stage than I would like, but that comes with closed back earphones. I have a set of open back for special situations. I think the sound can be a little on the cooler side, but with some EQ adjustments you can get it where you want it. They are not bass heavy, but I find the bass pretty neutral overall which I prefer. The app has all the settings available including a few layers of ANC and transparency available. There are tactile buttons on the headset as well which I like a lot.Batteries are user serviceable and affordable. I really like this being an advertised feature as well. The battery life is insane. I am very impressed by the life and still have yet to charge mine. The packaging is a simple pull strip and sleeve design. No plastic or twist ties. In fact I reuse the cardboard sleeves for the cables and I love that. There is a lot of environmentally conscious decisions made in the design of these. If that’s important to you, look no further. While I have the ANC can be a little weird I have only noticed that using that 3.5mm cable. It may be a setting on my part, but could also be fixed through updates. So I’m not overly worried about it. There is a card included listing button press control. I need use it more to figure out the best way to use the buttons. Some in app button customizations would be a nice touch as well. For the money I feel these punch a little above their class and don’t get recommended as much as other more popular ANC headphones.

Great headphones for the price
I already have the Cambridge Audio Melomania M100 Earbuds - and I love them. While they are lacking a little bit of bass, they sound very analytical and precise. The P100 over-ear headphones, on the other hand, are real bass monsters. They have a very full and deep, sometimes almost disturbing bass. The rest of the sound spectrum is also very good, clear mids, with full voices, and an extended upper spectrum with a very clean resolution. Spatial distribution of instruments is also pretty good, even though other headphones do a bit better in this discipline. Now when comparing the Melomania P100 with some other headphones I own, their limitations become apparent. The noise cancelling is good, but the Apple AirPods Max are way superior (that being said, the comparison is perhaps a bit unfair, as the AirPods sell for twice the price, and are recognized to have probably the best noise cancelling on the market). In some songs, the Melomania P100 seem to lose a bit the overview, and some sounds are simply disappearing (like for example the little "clicking" sounds in Björk's "Hyper-Ballad") - probably the bass is overshadowing too much the rest of the music. The AirPods, my Bowers & Wilkins P7x S2 and also my Sennheiser Momentum 3 and even my Bang & Olufsen H9 3rd gen are doing much better here - but all of these headphones are significantly more expensive.Overall, however, the Melomania P100 are a very pleasant set of headphones, and definitely worth the money, especially when you are looking for a "bass-head"-type headphone. And did I mention that they are also comfortable to wear, good looking and feature an unbeatable battery life...?

Super sound! great battery life! tough headband
The battery on these is no joke. It lasts for full days on a single charge.Music sounds better than I could have expected and is really impressive to experience. The noise canceling works SO well. The Bluetooth reaches far enough, but if your computer or device has any little thing wrong with it's Bluetooth card, these headphones will make that extremely apparent.Knowing that one day, probably many years from now, when the batteries do need to be replaced, that I can without having to replace the whole headphones is really what sold it to me. It just gives me some piece of mind.I do game from time to time, but found that the in headphones mic does unfortunately pick up sound coming in from the headset even with noise canceling on. This and the somewhat painful headband are my only reasons for it not being 5 stars.
