I absolutely loved these candies! From the moment I opened the bag, the aroma was amazing. They have the perfect balance of sweetness with that unique licorice touc flavorful but not overwhelming. The texture is soft and easy to chew, not hard or sticky like other brands I’ve tried. The packaging is also very nice and practical to carry around or keep at home.I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a high quality snack with an authentic taste. They quickly became my favorite, and I’ll be buying them again for sure

HUGELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Lost me as a Customer. Sad. I had discovered and loved this product. Delicious. I've ordered 4-5 times. Great quality and addictive Licorice! I bought this last time as a gift for a friend and fellow licorice lover. Before giving the gift, I paused to open and check them out. SO glad I did. BOTH containers were absolutely AWFUL. Stale, and HARD as a ROCK. No flavor. Just terrible. I had to pivot to another last minute gift. I'll never trust the product again. Its too expensive to throw away like I did to avoid a $1000 dental bill. Get your quality control under control! Don't ship crap quality to your customers. Flushed that $31.00.

This is an update to my earlier review of this licorice based on the product I received. That review describes the product as hard and without flavor, well below my expectations. This review is based on my experience with the G.O.A.T. customer service. After I posted my feedback I received a message from the seller, who apologized for the poor quality of the licorice I received and offered a full refund, which I have already received. They also offered to send me a sample of a different product. Because of my positive experience with the company I will likely order a product myself to give them another chance.

Stale and hard to chew. Don’t want to break a tooth. I would appreciate a refund. I understand I may have gotten a bad batch, but I am not pleased.

I've ordered the Australian Red & Black combo twice. The first batch was semi-soft, and the flavor was very good, better than anything I could find in the store. The most recent batch was much, much tougher -- almost a plastic quality. The flavor was still good but not as good...something was lost with the plastic texture. I don't know if the problem was caused by the age of the candy, or the temperature at which it was stored, or some other factor. Not sure I want to risk it again for the price. On a side note, the packaging was wrong both times I ordered (the black licorice was labeled Australian Red) but I did get one of each so it was no big deal.
