Smaller than expected but still cute and worth it!
The media could not be loaded. This is smaller than I thought. It fits in the palm of my hand. That actually ended up working better for my shelves though! It’s super cute and I got a 2 dollar faux succulent from Hobby Lobby that fits perfectly!

Arrived on time and as described.Trying to upload a photo...This little whale is very cute, and very tiny! About the size (in length) of a typical clothespin, it is small and will only accommodate a tiny little air plant...but seriously, it's SO cute! (Please note you will need to provide your own air plant, so go to Lowe's or wherever and get on of the smallest ones you can find.The porcelain is matte (beautiful); and thin, so probably not for children's use as it's probably not that durable.Bottom line: Its cute, super small, and best out of the reach of little kids. I would definitely recommend this for a small gift or addition to a gift.

Very Small
A bit smaller than you’d expect it to be based on photos - this air plant is not very large and still barely fits into the top. It’s a great display for tiny air plants though, which are generally kind of hard to display in an aesthetic way anyway.

It's very cute, and tiny,, was lil dissapointed in size, was initiallygoing to return it,, but it did happen to hold a particular air plant I had with a not so big base, very plain and simple, do wish it came in blue... but it does look cute.

Very cute way to display your air plant
Nice size for smaller air plants, especially those that have a look that simulates water spurting out of a whale’s blow hole.This planter has a drainage hole, so beware of putting a wet plant back into it if you have it sitting on a wood surface like I show in the photo. I typically soak my air plants in a bowl of water once a week for 15 minutes, then shake any excess water off and have them sit upside down for another 15-30 minutes to let any surface moisture dry off before returning back into the display planter.

Surface of the whale is defective
The package came with a dented box. I didn't mind that as this wasn't a gift. However, I was very disappointed when I saw a bumpy and discoloured patch above the whale's left eye. It's such a shame as the whale is so adorable.

super tiny. durable!
it will only fit an air plant. not even a tiny baby potted plant would fit. but it’s great for air plants!!!ceramic is surprisingly durable! i accidentally dropped mine and not even a scratch!!the top hole is small, and it has a smaller hole at the bottom.
