I often think essential amino acids are overlooked as a workout supplement with most people concentrating purely on protein. I have tried various brands and flavours. Amino Fuel is easily mixed (one scoop with 500ml of water) and the Candy Ice Blast flavour is in my opinion very nice. It is refreshing and really does give an extra cool blast at the end of each sip/gulp. Price wise it is competitive and Applied Nutrition is a trustworthy company that guarantees quality.

This is good value and easy to use to get amino acids in quickly, especially after tough sessions where the thought of food or even shakes is vomit inducing. The flavour is not good though.

This product is so tasty! I notice a huge difference in my energy levels when I don’t take it and it really is effective. The price is good too if you compare to an energy drink, but this is much better for you

Great flavour, mixes well and Ive had no side effects which is a huge plus for me as I have a really delicate digestive system.I can't tolerate caffeine but felt i wanted something extra during my workouts and this has really helped.

Great product, I defo see the difference in recovery and my sleep has been better as well since I started having it everyday, I get much deeper sleep and do not wake up during night. My muscles feel more fresh after waking up, joints feel better and also weirdly my eyes feel more refreshed and healthier. solid stuff
