I've tried and used several different Vital Protein products, and the Hair Complex just tastes awful. I normally add the collagen powder to my coffee to help melt it and mask any flavor though I buy the unflovored. There is no masking the Hair Complex flavor. It ruined my coffee! I will normally try to power thru and use up something I buy in order to not waste the money, but I just can't deal with the horrible taste.

It looks like it’s helping my hair to grow back on the sides.
