I really love this hair oil. Although I consider it a winter weight hair oil, I will start using it again in October. It makes my hair soft, nourishes the ends and calms frizzing. I don’t think I should expect more. A very nice product.

You all have no idea HOW GLAD I am that I purchased this Product!!!!!received my product, and no joke my hair is growing from under my braids. {I'm trying to grow my hair that has been a hot mess for years} I ware wigs for outings and remove them asap once comfortable lol......You have no idea how long I have wanted my hair to grow.Ruined from neglect. Was a waver until I noticed a bit of thining in my hair line area. I decided to grow my hair back out. I tried a couple different products with no effects but this one in a short time looks like it is doing something. The hair is growing thicker in some trouble spots after only a couple weeks of use. Customer service reached out to make sure I was aware of the proper usage big kudos for that. Saw some people complaining about the smell to me it kind of has a smokey cocoa butter smell so I don't find it at all off putting. Will update if I don't continue to see the progress.

I like to oil my hair regularly for thickness and growth. When I heard about batana oil I was interested in trying it. I immediately searched for it on Amazon and found this product. Although I have only been using it for two weeks, I do feel a little bit of difference in my hair. While it hasn't been long enough to improve hair thickness, I have noticed my hair is much softer and has a really nice shine when it’s blow dried. I will continue to use this for a next few months to see if it has any thickening effects on my hair!

This stuff left my hair the softest I have felt it in a very long time. But speaking of a very long time, that is what I spent trying to wash my hair free of the oil after doing an overnight 'mask'.I shampooed 4 times. Twice with a shampoo bar, and twice with straight Dr. Bronner's liquid castile soap (which was what finally cut through the oil). I had shampooed twice and then dried my hair afterward, only to find my hair still incredibly greasy.Adding the Dr. Bronner's into my dry hair and massaging it in before adding water was what finally worked.The smell is to die for- like tropical beach goddess level. Just be prepared to call in to your day job.

Product works well, hair is stronger and healthier in just a few weeks. Not a really pleasant smell but works, smell will tone down a bit after a day or two.
