I never thought I’d be raving about cow colostrum, but Cowboy Colostrum powder has completely won me over. I found this product to be as advertised. I use three scoops, which I need to take with food. I started conservatively with one scoop for a couple of weeks and then upped it an additional scoop for every week after that. I stopped at three scoops in the morning, but with the larger amount going into the stomach, I needed to have food. I don't mix the product into anything, I just take a mouthful of water and a scoop full of powder.I found that the colostrum is effective. It helps with post-workout soreness, allowing me to continue to work out the next day. I definitely don't fatigue easily in the gym. I have not found it beneficial for hair growth or nail growth at this juncture. Maybe that will occur later down the road. I've only been on a colostrum supplement for a couple of months. The unflavored colostrum is pleasant tasting. I like that there is a larger scoop in this particular brand, so you're actually getting a larger serving of colostrum than you would with other brands. (So for every scoop of Cowboy colostrum, it's like taking two scoops of the other brand). I like the quality of this product. There are no additives or fillers.... Which is why it doesn't mix well....But just buy a frother and it'll all be good.

I look forward to taking this every day!! It's so delicious (no weird aftertaste like other colostrum supplements). I mix it into a small glass of cold 2% milk with a high powered frother and have it first thing in the morning for best absorption. I notice much less bloating during the day compared to days when I forget to take it. Also, my hair, skin and nails have never looked better! I'm definitely going to be purchasing again.

First of all, the jar is tiny. It says a scoop is a serving and there are 40, but I cannot believe that is accurate. Unless you are not supposed to use the scoop that is inside. More importantly, it does not dissolve. I tried cold, hot and room temperature liquid and none worked. I even tried a mixer and still big floating lumps. It is like putting cottage cheese in your coffee. So, if you enjoy spending a lot of money to have floating curds in your drink, then go for it. I cannot speak to any health benefits as of yet. But, it seems like even if there are some, you could find a better and cheaper option.

This vanilla colostrum is so good, the vanilla flavor is subtle and delicious. I add it to my half and half along with my collagen powder and use the hand mixer and it foams instantly and PERFECTLY!

Haven’t been using this product long enough to notice any changes but the taste is good. However, I had trouble mixing it; it didn’t dissolve very easily. Much less expensive than other similar brands.

I love this stuff. Keeps me regular and help my hair and nails grow. Before this product, my hair was falling out and thinning and my nails kept breaking. Now I see new hair growth and my nails are so strong. Also helps with bloating!

This does not mix very well at all. It stays very chunky and barely dissolves. Makes me gag. BUT I do feel less bloated since I’ve been drinking it. I actually tried arma as well which dissolves a lot better.
