Tru-Strip | Industrial Strength Sealer Stripper for Acrylics, Urethanes, Glues, and Epoxies Walttools (1 Gallon)

I had a very important customer who needed an area of concrete stripped so I could apply my product. Got to the job site, applied first application per instructions on container and waited a few minutes. Nothing happened. So waited a full 15 minutes, nothing happened. Applied a little more and waited 30, 45, 60 minutes and nothing!!! After 2 hours we gave up and I went to home depot and got another brand and that brand ate right through and took off the concrete sealer as it said it would. Very disappointed especially for the cost of this and shipping.

This stripper is totally useless!! It does not work and is a waste of time and money.

I didn’t buy this product. Just wanted to give people a tip. I went to Home Depot and asked what they had to strip concrete sealer. They said the rust oleum isn’t as good as the Jasko paint remover. I bought some and it worked ok. Then when I ran out I tried an old bit of lacquer thinner I had on hand. It worked better than the Jasko and much faster.

I bought to strip paint from basement walls and floor. using this product did nothing but waste a lot of time. It simply doesn't work. I even tries letting it sit overnight and it still wouldn't lift the paint.

I bought this product straight from the company. I got 2 - 5 gallon buckets to do a stamped concrete patio with an acrylic sealer around a pool. I tried several different application methods including rolling it on, rolling it and covering with plastic, scrubbing it in, reapplying while it was on there, dumping it on so it was so thick it was puddled, soaking a matting with it, covering the soaked matting with plastic, leaving it overnight, pressure washing it off and just about anything I could think of to get it to work. This stuff just doesn't work. You can see where it bubbles the finish a little here and there, and it will take it off in patches but it is so inconsistent and doesn't work on the majority you are better off not doing anything at all. Straight Xylene did a better job. You shouldn't waste your money. Sending it back is very expensive and they give you a really hard time about getting a refund. If you could do no stars that is what I would give this product. Hope this helps someone.
