We've supplemented with formula for all 5 of our babies due to supply issues. We've tried a variety of formulas but are really pleased with the ingredient list in By Heart. We think that the food industry has a lot of problems and are really happy to feed our baby organic cow milk and not corn syrup! I wish that there weren't seed oils in this formula, but that is my only complaint.This formula didn't exist when we had babies #1 through 4 so we're using it for #5. Our other babies primarily used Gerber Good Start (some sensitive, some not). We've also used some Enfamil and Similac, powder and premade liquid formula, and Walmart Parents Choice generic so that's what we're comparing to.When reading reviews about By Heart while deciding whether to use it, it seemed that the biggest complaints were smell and foaminess. I don't think By Heart is smellier. It seems to be on par with other powder formulas. Premade liquid formula is by far the worst smelling in my opinion (and the worst spit up... just worst all around except for convenience).By Heart does seem to be foamier than other formula. Our system is too use a protein shaker bottle with a whisk ball to make 20 oz of formula at a time and store in the fridge, pouring out a few ounces as needed. This system has worked well in the past with other formula and is also a good way to use By Heart because the foam settles down while it sits in the fridge. So we don't find the foam to be an issue because of our system.Baby #5 used pre-made liquid formula at the hospital after birth because that's what they had on hand. When we came home we started using By Heart. He spat up a whole bunch in the hospital with the liquid formula, but stopped as soon as he was on By Heart.We have not had any constipation, digestive, or gas issues with By Heart. He's happy and growing well! And I appreciate the peace of mind that I'm feeding him with the best ingredients. I would absolutely use this formula in the future over any of the others we've tried.

The media could not be loaded. We’ve been using By heart for about 4 months now. One of our sons had reflux and his reflux has improved since being on it. It never got any worse and once we tried another formula that made it worse and once we switched back to By Heart, he improved again.It’s made in the USA, I feel like they are getting a clean, healthy product that isn’t full of ingredients I can’t pronounce.It is pricey, but if you order it in a bundle you can’t get a percentage off. We usually buy in bulk of 4 cans at a time. We have two infant boys so we go through it in a couple of weeks, but we love it!

I love the art on the can it is very visually appealing. The can is sturdy, the lid seals tight, and it is easy to put on and off. The can is larger than most formulas, however there is a bigger space between the formula and top of the can that's filled with air. I like that there is a place to put the scoop in the lid of the can. I used this to supplement breast milk for my baby starting at 7 months. Over the span of about a month I used less breast milk until she was fully transitioned to formula. She did not notice a change in the taste of her milk ever. She didn't have any GI discomfort or issues. I feel less guilty giving her formula when I use this brand. I'm comforted in knowing it's organic and has a certified clean label. Excellent price, great quality.

My baby is almost 3 weeks old now, because I had a C section my milk didn’t come in right away and we had to substitute formula, well it’s been so good and gentle on his system that we go between breast milk and formula now. And he loves it. No gas issues, no spit up or throwing up issues. And he sleeps so well after he drinks it. It’s definitely a safer and healthier alternative to normal formulas. Only thing I’ve had an issue with is it bubbles up a lot if you shake it so we’ve been gently swirling it around in the bottle to mix it and it mixes way better when it’s a bit warm. 10/10 won’t ever use another formula for my children!

I am a first time mom and am having to supplement feed so I did tons of research and found this one to be a top formula next to Kendamil. We tried Kendamil and found our little one to spit up a lot more, I also wasn’t a fan of the consistency. We then were recommended this formula and while it took a bit for our little one to adjust, we have now noticed she isn’t spitting up hardly at all and the consistency of the formula is so very similar to breastmilk. So far we are finding that this formula is the one for our little one. Digestive issues are non existent, definitely recommend. The only thing that irritated me was I ordered a four pack and when I went to open one of the cans, the pressure inside of the can was so high that when I peeled back the seal it popped everywhere in my kitchen. The powder is so fine that it’s been a bit hard to get it all out but that’s a distribution problem, not a problem with the formula itself.

An excellent option for formula fed babies! No issues with introducing it to an intially breastfed baby. A fair price for the quality and nutritional peace of mind. Doesn't have all the yucky additives and is made in America. No need to worry about port strikes or tariffs.

Love the packaging as scoop can be placed in the lid and away from the formula. Was easy to digest and baby didn’t have any issues with it. Was very easy to transition to from fully breastfed. Mixes easily and doesn’t clump up or get foamy.
