Works well as a Magnesium supplement. I like the fact that I can control the dosage, rather than rely on the dosage in a vitamin tablet. According to the listing, there are as many as 600 servings at an excellent price. I've been taking it for about a month, so it is difficult to prove that it is working, but it is tasteless and dissolves easily.

I'm planning on using this to make tofu, so the lack nutrition information is not particularly worrisome for me. That said, if I were planning on taking magnesium chloride as a supplement I would probably not buy this brand.The labeling is inconsistent when it switches from English to Spanish: the English reads "Supports Structural System" (whatever that is), while the Spanish reads "Alivio Dolor Muscular" (relieves muscle aches). I may be inferring too much from too little, but the lack of consistency suggests that the company is willing to put whatever they believe to the most convincing claim on the packaging; perhaps without much regard to the veracity of those claims. So while I could be convinced that it's safe for limited use in food production I would be extremely reluctant to consume it daily as a health supplement.

One dose and my stomach feels like it’s on fire and I feel very very nauseous and it’s non refundable!!! Do not buy!! Zero +++ stars!
