This food is always well tolerated by my dogs. It’s soft and has good ingredients. It’s a brand I buy occasionally because it’s on the costly side, but the healthy ingredients make it worth the cost. No upset tummies on this food.

Good clean food for my dogs, that’s very versatile. It can be used dry, as a treat, or softened with water for dogs without teeth. High protein & all 3 of my dogs love it!!

Besides the "no filler" and other attributes of the content of this dog food, its notable characteristic is its soft texture. It seems to me that dogs would enjoy the texture of the freeze-dried food much more than the ordinary hard kibble. Having three dogs (two of which are rather large), I would not choose to use this food for complete meals because of the cost. However, I did research other high-quality dog foods (better than what my dogs get fed) and found that the prices of those are also higher than I could justify paying. The satisfying part of buying Nature is Good freeze-dried dog food (as well as other products) is knowing that the iHeartDogs company is helping many dogs in many ways (meals, rescue, flights to other areas to find homes, etc.).

I first seen the product on I Hearts Dogs, a fantastic organization. Available from Amazon also, I ordered the chicken flavor. I have a part Havanese ,Miniature Poodle, and a Yorkie the love of my life spoiled baby. I have 4 different name brands dry dog food that he will now not eat. Two on occasions he will eat a little, I even mixed a little of all 4, he will pick out what he doesn't want & eats a little of the of the others. Anyway when I opened the bag he was all excited and didn't chew the treat. He was all excited & wanted more same reaction. I 1st added the food as a topper on his other dog food. Only ate the topper, then broke it in small pcs & added he ate a little of the dog food to get to the pcs. I have been feeding lg qty with his food still picks out what he wants. I am going to order both chicken & beef & see what I can do to entice him to eat a more of a variety, he loves getting them as treats sure it will wind up as his food.

My dogs are both 15 years old and have suddenly become picky. I bought this dog food because I support the company that makes it. The dogs loved it from the first bite. I have put It on subscribe and save so there is more coming when they need it. I like that the bites are not too hard and they are small enough for my little guys. I know if iheartdogs is involved in the food it is healthy and of good quality.

My dog didn't like. Ate a little of 1st bag won't eat now.

I bought this for my senior dog after seeing it's made with freeze-dried beef products, including beef liver & beef heart; being freeze-dried, all the nutrients of the liver & heart are there without having to handle raw meat. She loves the taste & I love that she's getting the iron she needs without a vet bill; glad I signed up for the subscribe & save so I don't have to worry about running out.

I seen this 🐕 g food on the I love dogs website , I did get a email about buying a bag from Amazon then reviewing the food so I did . I'm going to be honest I feed my dogs Merrick back country which has freezed dried raw base food in it along with kibble so my dogs were used to eating freezed dried food . The second day after I received the food I added about 6pieces of this food and omitted the freezer dried Merrick chunks ,I placed this food at the edge of the inside of their regular food just to see if they went to this food ,and yes they ate the I love you food right away and left the kibble and looked at me like uhmmm mom you cheated us . Then I put the Merrick freezer dried chunks in their bowls and they sniffed ,look back up to me ,then ate those but normally the freezer dried chunks are eaten last so I say they loved this food right away . I have been giving them this food ,I gave more each morning in their breakfast and this food is scuffed down right away. I also have a elderly small dog which has barely no teeth and she did like it also but I wet her a bit to make it softer,so my four dogs approve.
