Have had this hand warmer for a while now and it still works as well as the day it was delivered. The burn time is accurate and it stays warm for many many hours. It comes in a lovely pouch and is a gorgeous sleek design.

The tracking said it was delivered after 1 day and it was for a Christmas present so I freaked out a little bit! But the seller was quick and responsive with answering queries! I got the item a few days later and it is perfect! It lasts for 12 hours, but doesn’t scald your hand. Keeps it nice and toasty. Comes with a protective pouch. Just don’t forget the lighter fluid!

I have used Zippo petrol lighters for decades and love them.This handwarmer is very different. It is very difficult to light, goes out very frequently, does not get very warm at all, and will not take anywhere near the amount of fuel contained in the measuring jug supplied.I bought a replacement zippo burner, as the one supplied wouldn't stay lit, the same happened with the new one.I am a practical person, and understand the catalytic process, and have patiently followed the instructions to the letter.I am now nearly £50 down and very fed up with Zippo. In conclusion, muy recommendation is: Do Not Buy Zippo Handwarmers. Try another brand.

Absolutely love these. I keep one in each pocket throughout cold days and they make my pockets lovely and warm. I usually fill mine halfway between the Zippo logo and the 12hr fill line which gives me about 10hrs, perfect for my typical day.Unfortunately had to deduct 1 star as the lids are quite loose. This can be resolved by giving the lid a squeeze and not a major issue, but as an avid collector of rare Zippo lighters, including swap meet Zippos, it annoyed me a little as it didnt cut it to Zippos usual standard of quality control. Perhaps I'm just picky. I previously thought the electrics versions would be more convenient however i prefer being able to fuel up and go. Several times I would open my curtains in the morning too see ice and then realise that my electric was flat and needed charging. Filling with fuel takes less than a minute and is far more convenient. All in all I can't recommend these enough.Note- I will mention that I purchased 2 of these, one from the normal Amazon listing and the other from this "newer version" listing which I was directed to from the original advert I bought from. It cost me about £7 more and after going over every inch of the product and its packaging I can confirm they are absolutely identical. I contacted Zippo directly to query this and they had no knowledge of this "new version" or of the part number shown in the listing. Save yourself a few quid and buy the cheaper version.

Have not had time to use yet I have had zippo lighters in the past never let me down it looks well made and easy to use Great size Great item 👍

Oh dear, Zippo you have really let yourself down!I've seen earlier reviews and videos of the 12 hour Zippo hand warmer about the lid falling off, and how it is just fairly warm but nothing special, this model is the newer type with the flat bottom which is great for standing up immediately after filling. So I thought they must have improved it over the years and I ordered a 12 hour Zippo hand warmer. I didn't want a painted finish so I went with the high polished chrome which does pick up sticky fingerprints and smudges very easily but they're easily wiped off and is not a problem. Fine scratches will soon be visible but this is just age related patina, a bit like owning a chrome Zippo lighter.I have a 6 hour Zippo hand warmer and a Whitby hand warmer and these get toasty hot, sometimes a little too hot for the pocket!One little trick I have is to use the Whitby burner on the 6 hour Zippo hand warmer as it gives off so much more heat than the Zippo burner.However the Whitby burner will not fit on the 12 hour Zippo hand warmer as the raised part of the hand warmer with the fill port has sloped ends compared to vertical ends of the 6 hour Zippo hand warmer (and the Whitby).Upon receiving the 12-hour Zippo hand warmer I have used it twice, I understand about the initial breaking in period where it does not run as long as it should, but come on, 5 hours on a full load of Zippo lighter fuel? The warmth is gentle, never hot, we are at the end of summer as I'm trying it out so it's going to be of no use in the depths of winter.How can they say that the 12 hour Zippo gives 66% more heat than leading competitors!? Laughable, especially compared to the old Peacock hand warmer.The lid is a really nice tight fit so they have fixed that issue, but I'm returning it and sticking to the 6 hour Zippo hand warmer (with the Whitby burner) as it runs hot and lasts for just over 11 hours.Avoid the 12 hour Zippo and go for the 6 hour Zippo (use a Whitby burner) it's smaller and hotter.
