Received Empty bottle- request a resolution
The media could not be loaded. I just opened my new product and wish I had taken a video of the packaging—it was completely sealed. Unfortunately, when I opened the bottle, I discovered there was no cream inside. This is definitely a first for me. While I understand that issues can happen, I’m really disappointed and discouraged by this experience.
