Cursive Handwriting Workbook for Kids: Cursive Writing Practice Book (Cursive for Beginners) Paperback – April 2, 2018

I was searching for something to help my granddaughter learn how to write in cursive after I found out that it's not being taught in her school and discovered this wonderful workbook! It's very straightforward and incredibly helpful in showing my granddaughter how to practice each letter correctly plus, it offers plenty of practice pages for each letter! I highly recommend this product for any child that needs to learn or practice cursive writing! It's fun too and so simple that she can practice without constant direction or supervision!

My niece told me that although her 10 y o son wasn't really being taught cursive in school, they had been graded on some cursive assignment. I ordered 2 of these work books, & he's told me he really likes to use them & that they are helping him learn cursive. I'll be happy to order more for him if he wants to keep practicing.

This is a great book for teaching cursive. I got it for my daughter (10 years old) and she does one letter each day. I really like the lettering style. It looks like a modern calligraphy style.

My daughter really liked the workbook, even though some letters seem to be written differently (meaning how to start and end it, not the shape) than the way I learned it (cursive is all I've known my entire life). They can also make it a little more fun for kids, it seems a little monotonous to me. Regardless, this is a book that serves it's purpose on teaching kids (beginners with no experience in cursive) how to start writing each cursive letter. GREAT STEP 1 ON CURSIVE. I would recommended it because I have not seen anything better out there for this first stage, but they need to add some pictures or other handwriting exercises for the kids.

Awesome book! Came in perfect condition. Love how they have the letters in both lower case and capital to practice. They also include words to practice with the letters together! My daughter is going to love it. She just entered the third grade and has been dying to learn.

I bought this for my 10 yr old to practice cursive. She's into art and always loved my cursive writing. Since the schools no longer teach cursive I wanted her to learn this skill and looked up books. This one appealed to me. The reviews were good. As promised the book paper quality was excellent and even with erasing a lot the paper didn't rip. My daughter loved it and found it easy to work on. My only small concern was that uppercase 'a' was written as 'a' in a slightly bigger font size and not as 'A'. whereas all other letters in uppercase were correct. I did not understand the logic behind it. Overall it's a good book for the price.

My 6 year old insisted on learning cursive. I tried different books and this one is very good, I do two other styles of cursive. after she was through with the books she kept writing like this whenever she could, and still does. Very happy.
