Returned the first one, was too large. I am a US size 14 and I got the one size larger than this one, and had to return. This one fits beautifully, in the arms, the sleeves, the waist, bust, the first one hung on me horribly, this one fits me like it was custom made. I wear a structured green bra under the green dress and it looks great. The skirt is NOT FLARE skirt, putting a petticoat under this dress will not do very much, it will flare it out, but it doesn't really look or feel right. It looks beautiful without the flare petticoat underneath. It is a beautifully structured surprisingly... dress. Lace is very nice. As with any lace dress, be careful of snagging. I would recommend and would buy again.
