I had awful “mommy wrist” (self diagnosed De Quervain's tenosynovitis and/or carpal tunnel) that was driving me crazy. It had been going on for awhile and was impacting my daily activities and even sleep. I tried another wrist brace but it didn’t do anything.This wrist brace was amazing! I liked that you could pick both size and right/left, this made it seem like I was getting the best possible fit. It was significantly more comfortable than I expected due to the addition of the soft blue inner lining. I didn’t over heat in it either. I liked that it had three straps so I could get exactly the level of tightness I wanted. Very comfortable with amazing support and stability. The band was quality too and didn’t seem like it would wear down that easily.One thing I did find somewhat annoying was that the stabilizer piece isn’t sewn into place so it can move in and out. I found myself pushing it back into place somewhat often if I wore it to bed.That being said…my pain got better almost immediately and went away completely within a few days to a week. And I had been suffering for awhile. So, I was so pleased with this purchase! I would recommend it to anyone with a similar issue.

Well made, easily adjustable. I've only had them one day so no comments on durability. First night's wear brought surprising relief. The unit is designed for stability so there is little stretch. Adjustments are made via multiple velcro straps. There is a removable metal bar that provides good support.

It works well for my wrist pain. Soft and comfortable material. Good support for overall motion. The only little issue is that the material isn’t so breathable. I wear it at night and I got sweaty palm easily.

After digging up about 2,000sqft of sod and raking it level then laying new shot, my right wrist was extremely sore. It's on the inside which is a sign of Dequervain’s tenosynovitis. Other than icing it keeping it immobilized is the best treatment. This brace does that. It has three velcro straps that really cinch it down. You won't want to be typing on a keyboard with it, but if immobility is your goal, this does the trick. I have a smaller brace to wear while sleeping, but you could do that with this one. It's just a personal choice.*Note: only small arms can wear the smaller size. So unless you're forearm is the size of an average woman or a teenaged boy, get the larger size.Good product. Well made. Does the job.

This wrist/thumb brace is exactly what I was looking for. It is good quality, and it is very comfortable. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and I also tend to get a tendonitis in my thumb area. This splint (brace) keeps my wrist and thumb immobile during sleep, which is exactly what I need. It is also perfect for daytime use. It does keep the thumb immobile, which is necessary for some conditions such as tenosynovitis. It is very easy to put on and the straps stay in place. I like it so much that I am planning to buy one for my left hand as well. I would definitely buy it again. Make sure you measure your wrist prior to purchase. The size I purchased, S/M fits me perfectly.

I tried a different thumb-wrist brace before this & it fit so awkwardly & didn’t do much other than annoy me. This one fits snug and fully supports my thumb AND forward, backward, and side-to-side movements of my wrist.Big differences that make this brace better & more supportive are:1. It has 3 forearm straps instead of 2, which provides better supportive design foundation.2. Obvious padding for comfort inside.3. Both thumb AND wrist support via splint. (The other only had a thumb splint, leaving my wrist still somewhat flexible)My only “complaint” is that the thumb sleeve is so long that it almost covers my whole thumb, but no big deal. Yes, this is bulkier than most others, but that’s bc it is going to be more supportive than them!
