Must buy. I used these in. Tea, but I will be using them appropriately in curry soon. Well dries, still very green and aromatic, very flavorful, not stale. Leaves are pressed flat and vacuumed sealed so they will make for good presentation in soups and curry as well.

These lime leaves will give you good flavor for your thai recipes. You need to moisten or let them soak in water for a few minutes to release the flavor. A good substitute if you cannot get fresh leaves.

Perfect ingredient for my panang curry. The leaves are good size and intact.

Was reluctant to order this on-line, but it came well packaged and fresh. Made all the difference in the taste of my Thai dish. Certainly would order again.

The recipe called for this, but also stated you could just use lime juice. I was unable to find this in my local markets. I'm so glad I waited to buy this on Amazon before trying the recipe. The flavor the leaves add to the dish is subtle and powerful at the same time. Definitely worth it
