I hate hauling a purse everywhere when we travel so I wanted something comfortable to carry that could hold a water bottle. We just used this on our trip to St Lucia and it's a great buy! My husband was like wow where'd you get this I like it. Great for travel period! Going through the airport our passports are right there in the front pocket for easy access. I had my wallet, car keys, sunscreen, water bottle and a couple other little things like hand lotion and eye drops. I love the rose gold zippers.

I really like the size of this little backpack I carry my planner; wallet charger earphones a bunch of other stuff and ir doesn't look bulky. Its holding up well with daily use.

Wife loves it! When she doesn’t want to bring one of her coach bags, like going to the lake or something, she fits everything in this and has really enjoyed it. Nothing bad to say about it, highly functional and stylish.

I've had this bag for months, use it daily and still LOVE it. It holds a lot, is very light, very comfortable to wear and keeps my hands free while still easy to slide it around to get into the bag without taking it off. It actually has 3 different compartments to the bag itself, and a small one in the strap (great for hand sanitizer). This design allows me to easily keep track of different items in different locations. I can't think of a thing to change.

4.5 stars! I went through numerous backpacks and slings looking for something that was comfortable and roomy enough while being still stylish. I need it for city walking on an upcoming trip to Ireland, but would like it for some hiking days as well. Getting caught by a rough garden sprinkler at the Botanical Gardens left me soaked by this bag shedding water droplets, so it's decently resistant. It's roomy without being bulky and yet the egg-shaped pouch makes it possible to lie flatter when little is inside. Yet I can get still waterproof gear, a lunch, snacks, wallet, keys and phone in here. I like the Daisy-chain links along the edge to carabiner things off for hiking. I LOVE the look of it. The copper accents in the zippers and logo are classy; the way the front pocket zips close is unique. I was worried that I wouldn't like the way it must be worn only on one side, but it has not turned out to be a problem; in fact, the neck does a subtle S-curve over the shoulder to make it more comfy. i definitely love the ability to tighten it to my back as close as I want and instantly release it to swivel it around and dig inside; many other bags did not have a dangling end strap but a loop that made it impossible to carry even on the shortest setting as a small boned, short woman. It's a full liter larger than the more expensive Patagonia sling, but more comfortable on my frame and looks more refined for city use. The front pocket is fleece lined for delicate items like a phone. The rear pocket is flat for a small tablet or Kindle. In a pinch (while visiting a museum), I was able to stuff my 24 oz water bottle with paracord handle inside the main middle pocket with my wallet and extras and wear the pack on my chest with little distraction. Minuses is mainly that the double-backed way the strap pocket netting is sewn -- it does not allow for an iphone in a thin case to be put inside, although technically there should be enough room. Have to stick to chapstick and tissues there, unfortunately. I also wish the middle pocket's zippered partition went the full length of the bag; it's diagonal zipper space only goes down, not up behind the netting. There is no key attachment. Still, after using this for 2 weeks, I have decided to keep it and cut off the tag. It has replaced my old Baggalini messenger purse for my favorite tote.

I am a sling purse aficionado/snob/collector and basically have too many but I have tried them all & donated most of them. My latest obsession was with the smaller version of this purse but it was a smidge too small and the bottle holder didn’t actually fit a bottle.After seeing someone else carrying a backpack from this line I decided to look at the catalog. The bottom line this is my new all time favorite sling purse - ever. Northface has done away with the bottle pocket but given us more space and options. There are 3 full ‘stuff’ sections and is absolutely perfect. When the designers start offering different colors or patterns, any other sling in my life will be gone. Honestly I love this purse.

great value. zipper is sturdy. It fits so much. i take it out with everything I need. It is easy to use. Fits flat on back and can be carried with the handle. Lots of packets for functionality.

Love the size and multiple pockets for storage. The design is comfortable for all day use and very durable for all day outings. Zipper quality if great. Used for all day trip to amusement park very functional and easy to use .
