Q: Does this sit flat or is it angled down to the spill lip? If angled how high at the high end?

It seats flat. Their is a very small elevation at the back of the rack. I still have to tilt the lip to drain the water.

white color stays white. does not stain easily, corners were sharp-used my emery board to soften. I would have preferred light or medium green color but white is just fine.
