Beautiful color
We searched for a long time for new living room furniture. We have 3 dogs and 3 kids and needed something that could hold up and be cleaned. I love the green color. But so far the dog drool is easy to wipe off. Not all of the boxes had instructions but we figured it out easily and put everything together in no time. The corner piece of the sectional came a few days later from the rest of the pieces but we were able to still use the couch with no issues. The back cushions do not attach which so far isn't terrible but like other buyers have said I might get velcro to attach them if they start not staying up. Seat cushions are firm, but still comfortable and I hope that means they will last a while.Compared to other couches I have had they are a little smaller but I like that they are not super oversized. I am 6'1 and am still comfortable and can spread out nicely. I highly recommend.

Comfortable and sturdy
The sofa arrived section by section over the course of about 4 days. The first piece arrived two days ahead of projected delivery. Customer service reached out to help when I contacted them about this and followed up after all the pieces had arrived. It was very easy to slot together and I did it on my own. At first I thought the back cushions would be flimsy but they did manage to puff up just enough. It’s very comfortable and feels pretty sturdy. The fabric is beautifully soft.. The pull out function works very easily and I’m sure that will come in handy in time. I think it was priced well and I’m very happy with the purchase.

Really nice!
This loveseat was a great buy. It’s just the right size for our home office. We received it quickly. The first box with the armrest came with the first shipment (21 lbs) and the next day we received the remaining pieces in one box. (110 lbs). We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to assemble as well as the softness of the material. The blanket/comforter that came with the couch is heavy and good quality. Even though it takes 48 hours for the pillows to full expand, it feels wonderful to sit on straight out of the box. It was a great buy at a good price.

Pretty good sectional sofa, with bed.
We received all the sofa pieces in one delivery, minus the ottoman which was delivered a couple days later.Assembly was fairly easy for one person, but a second person's help would've been nice. The pull out bed section is heavy to maneuver during assembly, but it wasn't too bad.The ottoman storage is shallow, but it's enough to store two or three light blankets. The ottoman can be free floating, or attached to a seat via two small drop in brackets. We're using the ottoman with the brackets to make a lounge chair. The fabric is velvet. If you have pets, we've found that hair is fairly easy to clean with a lint brush.Seat cushions are firm, but comfortable. Both the seat and back cushions have zippers, so you can refill them with foam if the padding ever deteriorates. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is due to the "box springs" type bottom of the seats. I would've like to have seen a more firm, solid bottom to the seats. Every time you sit, you can hear the springs move and shift. I have no doubt that the springs will last quite a while, but I just don't like that the seat shifts and creeks when I sit or move. For reference, I'm about 190lbs. My kids notice the springs too when they sit, and they're 50lbs and 70lbs.All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this sectional to others.

Good looking, easy to assemble, but thin back cushions may be a deal breaker
Summary: The sectional looks good, the fabric is soft and practical, and it was relatively easy to assemble. However, the lack of adequate support in the back cushions make it very uncomfortable unless you add more fill yourself. Consider the price, and make your own decision. *pictures were taken after I added fill to the back cushions*Pros: Overall it looks great. It was relatively easy to assemble. The fabric is soft/comfortable and seems to clean up well. It is a slightly smaller scale than most sectionals, but that is what we needed for our space. Plus, the modular pieces allowed us to get it down our narrow basement stairs with ease. The pull out bed works well. It's become a favorite spot for family movie night where we can all put our feet up and enjoy (see cons for important info about that). The storage space in the ottoman is great for board games.Cons: It did not come with a mattress topper, which some other reviews have mentioned. The main issue is the thinness of the back cushions. I fluffed them consistently for a couple of days as per the instructions before we really used the couch, but they remained unacceptably thin, so much so that you could easily feel the top of the frame through the cushion when you sat back. I'm not sure if they were understuffed to begin with or if they compacted too much when they were vacuum-sealed and then couldn't expand, but you could tell just by their appearance that they were not adequately filled. The first movie we watched on the sofa was painful, even with throw pillows. It doesn't help that the angle of the back is slightly too upright, so it's hard to get a comfortable position. The fix for this issue wasn't difficult or expensive, but it should not have been required for a brand new piece of furniture. I ended up getting a large bag of polyfill at a local craft store. I removed the inserts from the cushion covers, opened up a seam at one end, and added fill until they were stuffed properly. Then I closed the seam with a stapler and put them back in the covers. It's much more comfortable now, as it should have been when we first received it.Would I buy it again? Yes, partly because fixing the problem was not difficult (although it did take some time), but mostly because we got the sectional on a black friday sale and then had amazon credit card reward points that made it less than half the retail price. The quality difference between this and the other sofas in our house is night and day, but they also cost much more (except our 10-year-old Ikea Ektorp, which is better quality/more comfortable than this sofa even after all these years). Overall, the low price made it worth it.
