My 5 year old developed an interest in the Titanic, and over the course of a few months I bought him a couple kid-friendly books and a Lego set.As a special gift, I got him this hat. It’s meant for adults, so it’s loose on him, but he still loves it and says “It makes him look just like Captain Smith!”The quality is pretty good for a costume hat, it hasn’t developed any damage even though he’s pretty rough with all his hats. He loves to show it off, and it looks adorable on him. For the price, it’s worthwhile just to see him excited and happy.This would be a great addition to a kids costume closet or a gift for a ship-loving kid.

One of my favorite local bands is a “yacht rock” themed group. Almost everyone wears a sailor/captain’s hat to their concerts. This hat is perfect for those occasions. It is not super high quality but you can’t expect much for nine dollars. It arrived flat and wrinkled so it had to be steamed and shaped, but overall I am satisfied with it at this price point.

Gave this to a friend of mine over Memorial Day Weekend and he loves it. It’s your standard costume/ real captains hat. I could see this being worn for weekends at the lake.

Arrived stained and crammed into a tube which completely misshapens the hat. Returning for both reasons.

The hat came rolled up in a tube for starters. Then after looking at it for a moment I realized the patch is CROOKED!! It doesn’t match the seam at the top of the hat!
