Terrible customer service
I have so many things to say about Deryan-The customer service is terrible!!We purchased this double stroller and realised the brake is faulty. After contacting deryan over and over they still found no solution for us.The frame is cheaply made and very difficult to steer.The configuration options aren’t great, as the smallest baby in basinet has to go at the front and quite low down, and when you have a toddler in the seat at the top it’s very hard to see the front of the basinet.It feels dangerous and badly designed.. these are things you can get used to over time but over all- this company have terrible customer service, don’t value customers at all..
