I purchased this item 2 weeks ago and upon receiving it the first time the item came and it didn’t quite work. It made a loud sound in the steam wasn’t coming out. So Amazon graciously replaced the steam brush with a new one, And this one works perfect. My hair is really really soft and straight after using this brush. Thanks Amazon customer service

Holy moly. I found my new best friend. Was going to give 4 stars for it being a bit big and bulky. HOWEVER, I used it and let me tell y'all, I is in lub. I've used a regular straightener for over 20 years now and always hated the dreadful burnt smell and ends.THERE IS NO BURNT SMELL with this steam straightener. THERE ARE NO crispy ends. Just amazed how my hair looks. It really only takes 1 swipe for each chunk of hair. I don't usually leave reviews but dang, I wish I knew about this awesome sauce product long ago.Hair feels soooo soft.I accidentally spent $10 more cuz of mine being pink. My bad cuz I didn't realize the black and gold ones were cheaper. Whoopsie.

This is the PREFECT dupe! I was shocked at how it straightend my 4C hair. It gets super hot but because of the steam you’re not burning your hair. It made me hair stay straight in the Florida humidity after 2 uses. I was shook!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

I like it. 4 stars because it’s very difficult to get the roots of my hair because it’s so bulky. I like the steam because it adds hydration to my hair. Only needs about 2 passes to get my hair straight

Works well and easy to use.

First, its huge. To me, anyways! LOL! I have thin hair, and it works just ok for me. It does heat up fast, but its a steamer, so you have to fill it with water each time you use it, because the steamer doesn't stop when you aren't using it (have it laying on counter while sectioning your hair). Its really too big for me head :( My biggest issue with it, is that each time, when I comb it through, it pulls SO much of my hair out :( And for that very reason, I unfortunately will not be using it anymore.
