Rat Mansion!
This cage feels extremely sturdy for how easy it was to put together! I was very intimidated by the size and number of pieces but it turned out to be smooth sailing and didn’t take long at all. Definitely follow the instructions when putting it together (also, not mentioned in the instruction manual, make sure the locks on the bottom cross bars are facing out 😉). I found them very understandable. I’m a little concerned that the bottom grate is rectangles (not great for rat feet) and not squares but I’m taking the advice of one of the other reviewers and just cramming the grate below the tray which seems to be a safe alternative and totally worked!Since I just contacted the seller with a question, I’ll update my review with feedback on their responsiveness.Update- they responded immediately and were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer support
I liked the item fine, but a little plastic piece was broken off upon arrival. I took a picture and reached out to customer service because I didn’t want to end up getting stuck with an unusable item. However, I needed it ASAP, so I ended up setting it up to see if the flaws were workable. I was pleased to see that I was easily able to avoid using the broken piece by arranging the shelves in a way where I didn’t need that piece. I didn’t follow up with CS and forgot about the issue I brought up with them. A couple weeks later, with no contact from me, the company sent me a new, undamaged shelf! Customer service like this is so important to me. I added an extra shelf that “floats” with no ramps for the kittens to jump on. The bottom screen layer was warped, but I literally will never have a reason to use it so it didn’t matter. The item itself was exactly what I needed for my foster kittens. I have worn hardwood floors and like to contain them while they’re potty training. But, I want them to have opportunity for growth. I wanted a name brand one of these, but decided to take a chance on an off brand version. It is half the price, and it cost less than used. I figured I’d return it if it was really poor quality. It is smaller than a 3 tier CN, but I don’t mind that at all. The important thing is the amount of levels in this thing. The kittens don’t need each level to be taller. They just need each level to be stimulating, appropriate for their needs, and fun. It’s very easy to figure out how to set up, but the instructions are not as clear as they could be. If each part was labeled with stickers, it would be even better. But I was able to look at the pictures and figure out which piece was which. I needed to undo a few steps but the way became clear as I was building. Included tools are all you need. I built it by myself in about 10-15 min. Now that I know how to do it, it probably won’t take more than 5.It’s easy to clean. The bottom tray slides out but you need to turn a little piece so there’s no way for the babies to push the tray out by themselves and escape. I can take the bottom tray out and hose it off, or wipe it down with enzyme wipes. The entire thing is on wheels so if I needed to, I could wheel it outside and hose the whole thing off. It’s way better than a kennel because the footprint is smaller. You can make use of all the vertical space while taking up less floor room. It’s easy to move around because of the wheels, unlike typical metal kennels. The only downside is that it doesn’t easily fold down for storage like a kennel. You have to take it apart and make sure all the pieces stay together. All in all it suits my needs well. If I need another one like it, I’ll probably buy this same one again. Definitely worth a chance.

Happy, but frustrated and sad
1. 1 made to sure to ding 1 star for the packaging, the box came torn open and crushed. So far looks intact minus the instructions and a shelf. But the cage seems undamaged and the screws are there. Thankfully I can watch the video for how to put together. Wish I knew how upload a picture but already threw the box away out of disgust and unpacking. Oops too late see the upload button.2. Only 1 shelf has the hole in it but won't complain to that since I am using this cage for rats and they can climb. Looks like the other shelves I could cut out the circle if need be but looks like it is not worth it.3. I know this cage is a fraction of the cost of other cages but still the packaging 📦 is what turned me off. Still a good value4. Fits perfectly in my room5. Ok, it's bigger than I imagine and didn't need the instructions to put together, but none of the parts are labeled either, well some did others didn't.But it was doable and easy to figure out no problem.6. Finally, my rat family is happy, and enjoying the new large condo. It's worth the price and really simple to put together once you figure out the parts. Even with some of the negative glad I took the chance on this cage and for everyone else don't pass this one up. Look past the negative reviews. Will buy again.Thank you, and seriously once everything is built and organized even with a missing shelf, I have a very happy rat family a total of 5 girls who also thank you.

Somewhat difficult to assemble, perfect after!
Putting it together was honestly a bit difficult, you can figure it out with the instructions, but some pieces suck, like the ramps. It is a pain to get all the levels and the ramps in the first time, and you better hope you have a second person to help hold one up if you mess up. Other than that, it has been absolutely perfect for our ferrets. The doors work great, they’ve never broken out. I took the wire cage bottom out and just kept the tray, which slides out easily to clean, and keeps it smelling fresh! We got it for 1 ferret and felt like he was lonely in this big castle of his, so we got him a buddy. I would even consider adding a 3rd! The wheels make it easy to move around if you want to change its location, and it won’t bother the pets inside. The wires are perfect width apart so your furry pal can’t hurt themselves on it. Honestly, the price is great and I never expected to get such a wonderful crate for this price. This would be $400+ at a local store here.I wanted to wait a couple months to write a review, and am proud to say that it’s holding up perfectly, still looks brand new! :) no rust spots and no issues.

Great for reptiles!
I bought two cages for my pet Iguanas. I did fit them with vinyl sides so that I can get a humid level, but so far they have worked great. My two iguanas love the three different tiers. I have the top tier for basking, the middle tier for humidity, and then the lower level has the water and food. They are both pretty large and these cages really have made them more happy and active. Some of the doors were off slightly but not a big deal.
