Omg ladies and gentlemen I have to say this is one of the best massager I ever had. I have been a car accident and dealing with life stress. I never had a massager or had a massage before in my life. My hubby to be said babe you need a massager when I’m not home. We shopped around look for reviews I checked out videos and this massager had great reviews and ratings. I bought it tried it fell in love with it I even fell asleep thankfully it had a 30 minute auto shut off. It has heat. If you are sensitive to kneading you might want to use the flap it get intense but it really work all those tight muscles that need attention. It has setting for two direction right then left for kneading, heat, and three different function’s for kneading. Its very easy to operate. It’s durable, great material, portable, and great pricing. It has a extended warranty 1-3 yrs warranty for free I’m still working on that and you have 30 days from date of purchase to take advantage of the free warranty instructions are inside for extended warranty. The only thing I was sad is that it has to stay inside plugged into a outlet to work. I wish it was cordless and not have to be plugged in for use, but all in all it’s a great product. The unit is versatile and can be used on multiple parts of the body (not all at the same time, of course). Heating and vibration modes can be set independently and each has multiple levels. This holds for the massaging function, as well, which can be activated in up-to-down or down-to-up direction. I find the massaging mechanism to be somewhat firmer than I am comfortable with, so I use it at the lowest possible level. An added outer protective layer of padding that is present also helps in providing.cushioning.The electrical power cord is eccentrically positioned, to one side of the unit, and this can present logistics problems in attaching the unit to external power (which should probably be on the same side as the power cord, so that the cord does not have to be draped under or over the user).Pleasant surprise - Manufacturer’s warranty can be automatically extended from 1 year to 3 years, at no charge.

I was looking forward to using this product, but it did not work for me at all, and I ended up with a headache after using it. I am returning it.Pros: Straightforward to use and easily portabe.Arrived quickly and packaged nicely.Comes with a remote and has multiple settings for vibration direction/intensity, and for heat.There are multiple combinations of settings.If shiatsu is for you, you'll likely find a good combination, because the intensity and heat are good.Cons : For me , it was not very comfortable and the massage levels were too hard.Using this gave me a headache, but I believe this to be a personal thing, not a flaw with the unit.It was relatively loud, but it's used around your ears, and it certainly was not as loud as others I've tried.

The media could not be loaded. This neck massager works pretty well, especially given the low price. The heat and the massage units feel great on the lower neck. If you want to get the upper neck, you have to skoosh yourself up, as the rotating massage units do not roll up/down, they just spin in place. That's not a big deal for me however.I could do without the rumble part of it tho. It's a little loud when your head is cradled in the unit. So I just leave it off.Overall it does a nice job for when your significant other isn't around to help you with that.

I suffer from chronic neck pain due to computer work; This massager is great for using in bed. I have tried several different massagers for neck pain, but not one can be used when laying in bed or on the couch. This allows you to rest and get your neck and shoulders massaged while laying down. It's not uncomfortable while laying down and has a nice heat feature that helps when trying to reset due to a day at the computer.

I just received this and have only used it once. It appears to be all working as it should. The only thing that makes me unsure is the heart didn’t seem to get warm enough. The massaging balls only skin in place and are very hard (or my back is just very tender), this made it uncomfortable for me to use for longer than 5-7 minutes.I plan to try it again (of course, I did pay a good sum) tomorrow. I’m hoping over time it will feel better as my back recuperates.Definitely a good device for the price if you’re looking for a deep and intense massage.

This works better than I anticipated. It's very small and portable so it fits perfectly in a car or can be used to travel. So far it's able to sustain the body weight of my neck/head/back without struggle, so time will tell if it holds up. It comes with a little flap if you'd like to soften the massage which is nice. I like it so much I'm going to purchase a second one.

The heating pad is better without the cover. You feel the heat more which I really like. The massager is alright, doesn't do much, feels like it only vibrates but not much of a help. Would be better if it has straps at the back to make it steady on a work chair. I would prefer a wireless remote. Overall, it does help out with my lower back pain which is the purpose of it. Love the black cover, doesn't look cheap!
