It really works!
This Mercola vitamin was shipped fast by Amazon. I really like getting more than 1 vitamin in a supplement, so that I don't have to take so many. The A-D-K combo has the right amount and works together to make you feel so much better.

Mercola A,D &K: Generous Amounts, I Just Need to be Aware of my Total Daily Vitamin A
I was interested in this A, D, K supplement because I’ve got some Osteopenia/Osteoporosis issues and am trying to minimize bone loss going forward. Also because Dr. Mercola is a well known brand. My only real concern about this supplement is that I'd need to watch that I don't get *too* much Vitamin A, as there's some research suggesting that overdoing it is actually bad for bone health. First though, I always like to evaluate a product’s potential safety by looking at the manufacturer/distributor's transparency, accountability and product quality.Transparency: Dr Joseph Mercola is the Developer of the Dr Mercola supplements line. He has a large web presence in his ‘Mercola Market’. They claim their products are Physician Formulated. He sits at the helm of a multimillion-dollar health business spanning books, products and online content. Per the web site, "All our products are formulated by Dr. Mercola and are thoroughly researched and developed with you in mind by our team of scientists, engineers and specialists."Accountability: They claim all of their products "are professionally tested for contamination, adulteration, potency and performance", and that they "undergo micro testing and heavy metal analysis, and all products go through a sensory and quality analysis prior to release". Mercola does not claim 3rd party lab testing, although they do claim that their products "are tested at multiple stages during production and again after production for stability or failure analysis". They claim to follow Good Manufacturing Practices, but do not claim to be GMP certified (which is my Gold standard for Accountability).Quality: These are small, easy to swallow capsules that have a moderate scent. When I saw that this had a solid dose of vitamin D (5000 IU) and K (180 mcg, double recommended dietary allowance, which I like) I was thinking, Bone health! I’ve seen sources saying Vitamin A can be bone-supportive in regular amounts, and this generous 1500 mcg (5000 iu) Vitamin A looks to be about halfway between the RDA and the Tolerable Upper Intake amount. If I took this I wouldn’t personally want to get much more vitamin A via my diet, because higher amounts of Vitamin A are said to possibly not be so good for bone health. As always, check with your health care provider before adding a new supplement, especially those of us that are a bit “more mature.” But this seems to be a nice quality product from a well known brand, although I wish they were Good Manufacturing Practices certified and third party lab tested (they may be, I just can’t find that info).

So far so good
it's a bit difficult to review a vitamin supplement which takes a while and lab measurements to really test on how it works. However I have used a couple different brands to keep my vitamin D levels up, And these seem as good as the rest. No weird after taste or after effects making you run to the restroom or anything like that. Sorry but I think that's important to mention! I was first introduced to dr Mercola 20 years ago by my chiropractor and I trust the source, so I can't imagine there's anything wrong with these. I waited until the bottle was finished before review and like the title says, so far so good!

One of the highest quality supplements I've had in a while
UPDATE: I just learned of some quite dramatic changes going on with this company and its direction. I don't hold this against them, but the unshakeable faith I had in the quality of their products is no longer there with the ones going forward. Since they are all available from other excellent companies whose leadership, mission, and goals are continuing as they have for years and decades, I will be refilling my Dr. Mercola supplements with these other brands, at least until I can ascertain how their changes affect production.I looked forward to getting these because it's a well-known and trustworthy brand. They still only filled the bottle about 25% full, which is one of my pet peeves; I would either like a smaller bottle or put two months' worth in it at least. If used as directed this bottle will last one month. The expiration date on my bottle is Jan 2026,so a little less than two years from now. There is no real smell or taste to the capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water.Dr. Mercola knows what he is doing and is one of the doctors I trust most, so I was surprised to see silicon dioxide in here. I know just about everyone uses it, but I still like when I don't see fillers in my capsules.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA... this bottle says none of those. The product page does say non-GMO.This supplement contains not only a blend of vitamins I was taking individually before, but they are in proper ratios and come from quality sources. I think the price is a little high for one month, however I have dealt with so many shady supplement companies lately that I would rather spend a little more for verified, quality products, than spend a little less and find out I didn't get what I thought I was.Thank you for reading, I hope this was helpful.

They are vitamins from a reputable brand
If you are deficient in any of these vitamins, then this is the brand for you. The capsules are easy to swallow, and while they do have a slight taste, it's not bad, and there is no after taste. You need to be careful though as it is a pretty high dose of each of these vitamins. If you are already getting these vitamins in your diet and are already taking multivitamins, then you could easily over dose if you take 2 doses by accident, which is easy to do. It's not fatal to overdose, but you will feel bad for a day or so until your body has a chance to remove toxicity.I just take one every other day to be safe along with my regular multivitamins.

Dr. Mercola - Vitamins ADK
Dr. Mercola - Vitamins ADK is an immune supporting supplement from a well-known brand that I use and trust. This is a 30-day supply of NON-GMO vitamins A, D, and K. I really like the attention to detail and that the dosing for each vitamin is the best ratio. If you need extra support from these vitamins, then this is a great product to try. I also like that this is in a dark glass bottle.
