Thinnest applicator around!
This brush is easier than using a metal spatula for applying thin layers of foundation. My only issue is that while it is great for detailed application around eyebrows and mouth and eyes, it is difficult to use around the nose area. For that I use the Studio 17 Foundation brush because it is rounder. But the Doctor Flat Brush does not absorb as much foundation as the Studio 17 so it is less wasteful of product.

Thin brush
The brush is synthetic. Compared with my other brushes, it's very thin. It feels more like a cheap brush for acrylic painting. On the other hand, no shedding, and feels comfortable against skin. The handle also looks good.

Excellent brush!
Excellent for contour. Better than the $$ Iconic one. Also good for control of foundation.Saves product. High end looking packaging. Well made. 5 Stars.

Less than three months of use
I purchased this brush in July and just short of the full three months I took it on a trip with me. The brush head glue completely disintegrated and all the bristles fell out. I will say that when I was able to use it the application was great with my SAIE Slip tint.
