I swear by these. I have always had a problem with drinking enough water. The liquid IV made drinking water much more enjoyable. I drink two of these a day, one per 24oz of water and I am never dehydrated anymore. This is my favorite flavor. It tastes so good. Super convenient. Pour it into the water, stir it around and it dissolves right into it and taste delicious.

These hydration powder packets are excellent for staying properly hydrated during hot days or after intense workouts. You just dump a packet into your water bottle and it dissolves quickly with a simple shake. The flavor is very refreshing and it works incredibly fast to make you feel rehydrated and energized. It is super convenient to throw a few individual sticks into your bag when you are traveling or spending a long day outdoors.

These are great! Was advised by my cardiologist to ⬆️ fluid to raise my B/P as one of my AFib meds lowers my already low B/P & these help. Firecracker is my favorite, Tropical Fruit & Cherry are pretty good but not so much Watermelon as it seems a weak flavor, like you didn’t put enough in the water & I can even divide the others. Gonna fix some 750ml bottles for my daily gallon++ 💦 intake to have at the ready & pre-measured with & w/o these electrolytes. Have purchased these several times.

Love this drink!!! I use it so often especially when tanning because it is so hydrating so delicious!!!!! It is soluble because it dissolves duh, but overall a great drink. I prefer it over Gatorade.

This is hands-down the best flavor of Liquid IV. It tastes exactly like a melted rocket pop. Liquid IV got out family though Disney in the summer and it's a must-have for long beach days or any time we are active in the heat. It really helps that woozy too-much-heat feeling and revives you after sweating a lot.

I bought this because I feel like I have been just so thirsty even after having water. I was looking for something to help me keep hydrated but to put into my water. I’m not huge on flavoring for water so your experience might be different. For me, I felt like I could have got by with a half packet for my 20 oz water. It tastes good and like the firecracker popsicles but just too much flavoring for my taste. My opinion is that the cherry is very prominent and tastes exactly like the Gatorade Frost Glacier Cherry which I like that one. I think my next bottle I’m going to try less of the packet to see if I like it better. It did work amazing for my dehydration feeling and I don’t feel super thirsty right now. I don’t feel tired either which is something I have been struggling with so having energy is a plus. This does contain 3x the electrolytes and has main daily vitamins so I will continue to use liquid iv. I don’t think it’s something that is necessary every day but is nice to drink when you really need it. I gave it 4 stars cause I thought it was a bit overwhelming with the flavor and a bit too sweet for me. A lot of the reviews seem to like the taste and doesn’t think it’s too sweet so I think it depends on your taste and what you like. If you are looking for something to help with dehydration, this stuff is amazing!

This flavor has a great, sort of fizzy taste, almost like carbonated, but it's not. Dissolves easily. Liquid IV is a quality brand & helps with hydration. I have many different flavors, & love them. This is my 2nd bag of this flavor. Love it!

Love this flavor. Liquid iv continues to be very effective at hydration and electrolyte replacement for people like me with connective tissue disorders that cause some dysautonomia. Easily dissolves in water. I prefer to mix it with 1L or More and it still tastes good. Love the portability and ease of the small Packets. Love the clean ingredient list. No side effects ex we feeling better. Love the options for so many flavors as I get tired of having the same Thing and need to mix it up.
