1 Gallon Water Distiller, 4L Distilled Water Maker 304 Food-Grade Stainless Steel Water Purifier Distillers for Home

I don't write reviews until I have used a product for a reasonable amount of time so that I can give a honest answer. I bought one of these a little over a year ago and have used it 3 to 4 times a month.It is still working like new. I recommend keeping track of the time so that you don't run it dry.If this one ever stops working I would replace it with the same model.

Have been using this for about a year. Of course, there's no way of knowing what the final quality of the water is and how well distilled it is but I have terrible tasting home water and our posted water profile shows large amounts of fluoride and other substances. It usually has a strong chlorine taste as well. When I use the distiller I get very clean tasting water that is clearly superior to my tap water. The distiller works as advertised and has held up quite well. It is dirty after use and I use straight vinegar to clean it. I eliminated the charcoal filter in the discharge spout as I feel a final filter shouldn't be needed if the water is already distilled. I appreciate the glass jar that comes with it as I didn't want to go to the trouble of distilling the water and then placing it in plastic.

We liked this distillator, but 6 months after we bought it, the on/off switch broke and we do not know where we can find one to fix.

The bottom of the stainless steel interior over the heat coil has already broken down. I can not find any warranty information. If the seller reads this review please contact me. I've had the product for less than 6 months.

Our distiller is used to make water the good ice machine. It takes about four hours to make a gallon but we don’t have to leave home, don’t have excess plastic jugs, and no cost. It’s been amazing

This machine is great! Low cost to run (actually cheaper to make my own distilled water rather than buy it.

This is Quieter than my previous distiller and producers 4L of water is 1/2 the timeUpdating to a 3 from a 5, so I have learned that the little piece with the V shape on the top should be thrown away as soon as you receive the unit, as there is something very ODD and horribly bad about this thing, flooded the counter, the floor almost got a laptop as well...Not clear how or why but you can start out normal with it and come back 30 min later and the water is running across the V and down the side of the container. have just started letting it drip straight in with no cover (not loving this) anyone have ideas?

I like having a distiller. That being said, it is frustrating how much important info was lost in translation in the manual, when translating ffom Chinese to English. Thats what we get for buying Made in China crap with no safety precautions!While running the cleaning cycle, the detergent burnt off and created a hazardous gas that made my girlfriend and I literally run out of the room suring dinner, as it burned our eyes, nose, and throats.I would honestly pursue a law suit, but I'm not sure if we could even approach that seeing as china literally has no quality control.
