I bought this for my Granddaughter as she loves playing house. Although the box was a bit battered when it arrived all the parts inside were perfectly fine. Instructions are easy and straight forward to follow and putting it together was easy enough. Just be careful when screwing the plastic caps on to the plastic threads as over tightening will cause it to snap the thread as happened on one occasion. It does say in the instructions not to over tighten. Granddaughter loves it and that's what its all about.

The material is thin and while it looks cool and our daughter loved it, it only lasted a couple months. The first sign of wind and rain and the whole thing was thrown around the garden, snapping the roof and other pieces in half. I regret not spending a bit more on one of the more substantial ones.

We've had the product a couple of months now. The stickers have weathered already, but the main house looks new. The back wall has cracked, but we feel that it was due to some rough handling by the older kids a and not the toddlers.Very easily assembled, they kids love it, two toddlers can fit in it easy with a small table. Lots of window and door opening, dashing in and out, imaginative play.

Didn't know what to expect when buying this as reviews were mixed. So glad I bought it. Easy to build, stress free, straightforward instructions. Looks lovely. Good size inside.Value for money compared to other houses totally worth it as other houses more expensive tiny compared to this.My child loves this makes her smile and plays in it for hours.Everything included in the box. Very happy customer.

Ordered few months ago in readiness!! Should have Ordered on receipt as I would have sent back. Very flimsy plastic, part of roof broken and no stickers even though there are in picture!! Definitely not worth the money and unfortunately too late to complain!! Lesson learnt11

I purchased this play house for my daughter and the roof came smashed and cracked in places but overall it was quick and easy to put up although I thought the plastic frame would be a bit thicker instead of thin and flimsy

it was nice and big which is what I was looking for however the slightest gust and its like the wizard of oz, takes off, had to put slide through it to keep it in the garden. very flimsy and easily breakable which isn't ideal for a 3&4 year old

When it finally turned up due to a lazy dpd driver my granddaughters play house is lovely and more importantly she loves it
