It wasn’t too hard to install. It doesn’t make too much of a noise and it works well specially when you like to take hot showers with the fog.

More likeable features than unlikeable features
Like: high CFM, appearance, quiet, humidity sensing, bright lightDislike: night light, flapper noiseThe night light is too bright for us. However, the small green light that indicates the fan is in humidity sensing mode provides adequate 'night' light for those overnight trips to the bathroom.When we have high winds, he flapper in the vent line, on one of our two units, clicks. The wind must be drafting the flapper open and then it clicks when it closes. This is an open-close, open-close, open-close repeating noise. The second unit does not do this, probably because the roof top vent is facing the opposite direction.Something to note: When the 2 units were installed, and set to the humidity sensing option, they ran, constantly, for 2 days. I did not realize we had so much humidity in our house. After those 2 days the fans cycle on and off as needed.The highest CFM is obtained when the unit is not in the humidity sensing option.

Very bright and removes humidity well
This can be run from 1 switch or 2. Best to vent from the roof in my case. If you are a DIY-er you will have no issue installing this.

Take note of the installation instructions
First off, this is indeed quiet and has sufficient air flow.The installation instructions of all methods listed on the paper are based on assumption that the drywall ceiling is directly attached to the joists.If your ceiling was installed with a furring strip and you followed the instructions provided, you will have very little clearance to insert/remove the spring clips (see photo)So in cases where there is a furring strip, the instructions should be referencing the bottom of the furring strip not the bottom of the joists.

Odor eliminator
This fan not only helps eliminate the moisture created from using Hot water, but also helps in getting rid of those mal odors when using the bathroom, highly recommend replacing a small fan with this one , the auto On feature when it detects moisture in the bathroom is Great!! The option to use Bright to Medium lighting is also a plus.

Unreliable, returned 2. Don’t buy
Failed. Returned 2 fans!Do not buy. I’m a builder-bought one for straight forward installation. Light flickered, fan failed. Returned it. The second one had same problem. Both times, electrician attempted installation. Also note this model has a 6” outlet but most ducts are 4”- big box stores don’t have adapters so be prepared.Also note, if it fails and you return it, your ceiling hole will be 12” square (this unit requires a 12” square.) But most fans on the market are about 9 3/4” square so you’ll have a Sheetrock repair too. Recommend you buy another, reliable brand to start with, not this one!

Great fan. Easy to install i like the electrical connections. The automatic fan works great. It will turn off when all the moisture is gone. I would recommend this fan to anyone
